建筑欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱,尤其近几年发展迅猛。但是传统 建筑施工成本管理模式已经不符合建筑业发展的潮流,施工过程中信息化不足, 成本数据获取不及时,成本管理的手段和方法落后,造成管理和信息流通难度增 大,成本增加,利润降低。而建筑信息模型(BIM)技术利用多维参数集成整合,建 立具有信息共享和实时变更等特点的模型,是对成本管理能进行较好呈现的工具。 项目实践证明,BIM技术在施工项目中的应用,不仅可以利用数据对项目管理进 行更好的把控,而且有利于对项目成本进行较精确的管理。 本文主要是深入分析当前建筑欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展概况,首先对建筑施工项目成本管理 的相关理论进行界定;其次阐述MCC公司成本管理的现状及存在问题,发现MCC 公司建筑施工成本管理中的痛点,进而探究了基于BIM技术的建筑施工项目成本 管理中的技术理论;然后在前期欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司搜集和理论分析基础上完善MCC公司BIM 成本管理组织,健全BIM成本管理规章制度,搭建BIM成本管理平台,形成较为 完善的BIM建筑施工项目成本管理体系;最后将基于BIM技术的建筑施工项目成 本管理体系应用于实际,进行效果验证,总结分析BIM在建筑施工成本管理中的 应用优势,并取得了良好的实践效果。本文对改进成本管理方式,提升企业经济 效益,优化科学决策提供有益的借鉴。 关键词:建筑施工项目;成本管理;BIM 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 ResearchonConstructionCostManagementofArchitectural EngineeringBasedonBIM ——TakenLiXiangprojectofMCCcompanyasanexample Specialty:MBA Name:ZhangLanJuan Instructor:LiLin Abstract Asanimportantmainstayofthenationaleconomicdevelopmentofourcountry, constructionindustryhasbeenadvancingrapidly.However,theconventionalmodelof constructioncostmanagementisnolongerinlinewiththetrendofthedevelopmentof theconstructionindustry.Thereexistsomeproblemsintheconstructionprocess, includingtheinsufficientinformation,lateacquisitionofcostdataandrelatively backwardmeansandmethodsofcostmanagement,leadingtogreaterdifficultyin managementandinformationflow,highercostsandlowersprofits.Basedonthe multi-dimensionalparameterintegration,thetechnologyofBuildingInformation Modeling(BIM)enablestheestablishmentofmodelwhichischaracterizedby informationsharingandreal-timechange,resultinginbetterpresentationofcost management.Asindicatedbytheprojectpractices,byapplyingtheBIMtechnologyin constructionprojects,theprojectmanagementcanbebettercontrolledwithdata,while accuratemanagementofprojectcostscanbepromoted. Thestudyinvolvesanin-depthanalysisofthepresentdevelopmentsituationofthe constructionindustry.Firstly,thetheoriesrelatedtothecostmanagementof constructionprojectaredefinedatthestartofpaper.Secondly,thecurrentsituationof costmanagementofMCCandtheexistingproblemsareelaborated,identifyingthe weaknessesofconstructioncostmanagementinMCC.Then,thetechnicaltheoryof costmanagementofconstructionprojectbasedontheBIMtechnologyisreviewedin thepaper.Ontopofthat,throughthedatacollectionandtheoreticalanalysisintheearly stage,theBIMcostmanagementorganizationofMCCCompanyisenhanced,andthe 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 rulesandregulationsofBIMcostmanagementarestrengthenedwhiletheBIMcost managementplatformisestablished,thusshapingarelativelycompleteBIMcost managementsystemofconstructionproject.Finally,theeffectisverifiedinthepractical applicationofBIM-basedcostmanagementsystemofconstructionproject.Theauthor analyticallysummarizestheapplicationadvantagesofBIMtechnologyinconstruction costmanagement,whichhasachievedgoodpracticalresults.Followingtheanalysisof BIMtechnologyinthispaper,BIMtechnologyisintegratedinthecostmanagementto optimizethetraditionalcostmanagementprocess,andimprovethestatisticalaccuracy ofvariouscostdataintermsofconstructionprojectsandtheefficiencyofconstruction managementprocess.Thestudyprovidesthebasisforscientificandeffective managementofdecisionmakers.
