产业融合作为世界范围内产业发展的趋势发展,也成为产业扶贫的新发展方向。旅 游产业和美食文化产业的融合,是提升旅游产业竞争力、实现旅游产业扶贫的重要方向。 文中,先对美食文化、旅游扶贫产业和产业融合概念进行界定。介绍产业融合存在 的主动、交叉、互动融合模式,进一步对文化与产业的融合动力进行阐述,并基于产业 链视角对延伸融合进行分析。 通过对大化美食文化与旅游扶贫产业现状的分析,介绍大化美食文化的现状特色及 大化美食产业形成的产业,叙述大化美食产销与旅游结合所形成的产业,大化美食文化 与旅游结合的产业延伸以及大化美食文化与旅游产业融合的扶贫效应。再通过对影响大 化美食文化与旅游扶贫产业融合发展的因素体系研究,分析大化美食文化及旅游扶贫产 业融合的产业链模型,对影响供应端、转换端、需求端的影响因素进行分析。最后,基 于层次分析法AHP对产业链主要影响因素进行研究探索。研究结果显示:供给端中,绿 色有机、壮瑶民族特色、长寿特色、投资数额因素产生影响效应最大;转换端中,精准 营销、规模化标准化、绿色特色品牌营销、长期储存技术因素产生影响效应最大;需求 端中,文化、情感型顾客、创造力、养生养老需求因素产生影响效应最大。在基于主要 影响因素的分析下,探究大化美食文化与旅游扶贫产业的融合方案及政策建议。 关键字:美食文化;旅游扶贫;产业融合;旅游产业 II RESEARCH ON THE INTEGRATED DEVElOPMENT OF DAHUA FOOD CUlTURE AND TOURISM POVERTY AllEVIATION INDUSTRY ABSTRACT Industrial integration, as the trend of industrial development worldwide, has also become a new development direction for industrial poverty alleviation.
