I 摘要 近些年来,我国农村商业银行在经营与管理过程中均取得了较大成就,并且 在现代银行制度以及风险管理体系中也取得了较大的突破。尽管如此,随着我国 银行利率市场化改革进程的不断加快,社会融资结构也出现了新的变化,新的融 资需求应接不暇。而与此同时,互联网金融经济结构转型的因素也在倒逼银行市 场与银行企业需要进行改革与转型以适应新的环境。在我国经济下行压力不断增 大的今天,传统的商业银行经营模式开始面临着较大的挑战,学者专家分析研究 农村商业银行问题时,重点研究农村商业银行的转型发展问题。 本文结合文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司与实地考察,以TZ农村商业银行为案例,利用案例分析 法分析其经营现状与发展瓶颈,在此基础之上重点研究了TZ农村商业银行的经 营转型方向与转型策略,得出了如下结论。文章认为,在商业银行纷纷转型的大 背景下,TZ农村商业银行的转型发展也迫在眉睫。当前TZ农村商业银行在发展 过程中的经营管理维度、产品创新维度、风险管控维度以及人才培养维度等四个 方面均存在着发展瓶颈。文章提出了农村商业银行发展转型的必要性与价值,对 TZ农村商业银行经营转型进行了SWOT分析,提出了TZ农村商业银行经营转型 的具体战略,分别为变革经营管理模式,开发创新特色产品,强化风险流程控制 以及培养引进高端人才。本文采用案例分析法,分析研究TZ农村商业银行的实 际经营情况,并提出相应的改善意见和措施,希望能够指导我国农村商业银行的 经营转型发展。 关键词:农村商业银行;经营转型;方向选择;商业银行经营转型 Abstract III Abstract In recent years, China's rural commercial banks have made great achievements in the process of operation and management, and also made great breakthroughs in the modern banking system and risk management system. Nevertheless, with the acceleration of the reform of interest rate marketization in China's banks, new changes have taken place in the structure of social financing, and new financing needs are overwhelming. At the same time, the factors of Internet financial and economic restructuring also force the banking market and banking enterprises to reform and restructure in order to adapt to the new environment. Nowadays, with the increasing downward pressure of China's economy, the traditional business model of commercial banks is facing greater challenges. When scholars and experts analyze the problems of rural commercial banks, they focus on the transformation and development of rural commercial banks. Based on the literature and field investigation, this paper takes TZ rural commercial bank as an example, uses case analysis method to analyze its operation status and development bottlenecks. On this basis, this paper focuses on the direction and strategy of TZ rural commercial bank's operation transformation, and draws the following conclusions. The article holds that under the background of the transformation of commercial banks, the transformation and development of TZ rural commercial banks is also imminent. At present, there are four bottlenecks in the development process of TZ rural commercial banks: management dimension, product innovation dimension, risk control dimension and personnel training dimension. This paper puts forward the necessity and value of the development and transformation of rural commercial banks, makes SWOT analysis on the operation and transformation of TZ rural commercial banks, and puts forward specific strategies for the operation and transformation of TZ rural commercial banks, namely, changing the operation and management mode, developing innovative products, strengthening risk process control and training and introducing high-end people. This paper uses case analysis method to analyze the actual operation of TZ rural commercial banks, and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and measures, hoping to guide the transformation and development of rural commercial banks in China.
