成长力是一个企业兴衰的核心标志,也是一个企业在资本市场中生存的重要 法宝。近年来,我国保险欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司面对的环境不断变化,一方面国内人口老年化现象 日渐凸显以及金融消费观念不断改变,保险业正迎来发展新机遇。另一方面,随 着金融开放举措不断推进和落实,外资保险机构将全面进入我国,同时国内保险 企业数量也在连续攀升,整个欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司不断发展和壮大,竞争日益激烈,我国保险行 业将面临新的挑战。中国人寿保险股份有限公司作为我国保险欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的典型代表之 一,其成立时间早,且在2007年实现了国内首家在纽约、香港和内地的“三地 上市”,属于我国保险企业在资本市场中的开拓者之一。虽然体量庞大,但该公 司多年来营业收入和利润仍然保持较高的复合增长率,这也说明中国人寿除了是 一家有价值的公司外,仍然具有一定的成长性。在当前机遇与挑战并存的历史新 阶段,如何科学、客观的评价上市险企中国人寿的成长力?该公司成长力在当前 我国保险欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司尤其是上市保险企业中属于什么层次?在成长性方面存在什么问 题以及在哪些方面有提升空间?深刻分析这些成长性问题将有助于企业管理者、 从业者更全面的了解企业,可以及时有效发现企业运营中存在的问题,并能有针 对性的进行施策和调整,及时抓住当前的发展机遇。 本文立足于上述视角,首先论述了企业成长力的相关理论,主要明确了成长 力的概念和内涵,并对成长力影响因素进行分析,同时还对成长力评价的相关理 论方法进行了研究,为后续对中国人寿进行成长性评价打牢理论基础。 其次,本文对中国人寿当前的经营现状等进行介绍,并结合分析我国保险企 业的的现状及特点,引出当前我国保险企业在成长和发展中存在的问题,进而为 下一步文章实证分析选择评价方法和构建评价指标,以及后续对中国人寿成长性 方面问题的提出和解决建立理论基础。然后,本文结合上述的分析,通过对比当 前常用的评价模型,进一步阐述本文选择运用DEA(数据包络法)的评价模型 进行分析的原因,同时针对保险企业成长力的特点,建立起一套适合保险企业的 评价指标体系。 最后,在评价指标体系确定后,本文根据查找的中国人寿及各上市保险企业 的相关经营欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,并按照指标体系的要求进行实证分析,把具体分析和综合分析 IV 相结合,客观科学的反映出中国人寿的成长力情况,以及在上市险企中所处的位 置。在实证分析的结果上,结合起之前总结的保险企业成长力影响因素,进一步 分析该公司在发展和成长方面存在的问题与不足,并根据上述结果提出对策建 议。 关键词:中国人寿股份公司 成长力 DEA 实证分析 对策建议 ABSTARCT V ABSTARCT Growth is the core symbol of the rise and fall of an enterprise, and an important magic weapon for an enterprise to survive in the capital market. It is a core member of the Fortune 500 company China Life Insurance Group. In recent years, China Life has continuously accelerated the transformation and development of operational services. In 2018, its total assets officially reached a platform of 3 trillion yuan, and it is a “leading” enterprise in the domestic life insurance industry. Despite its huge volume, the company's operating income and profits have maintained a relatively high compound growth rate over the years. This also shows that China Life, in addition to being a valuable company, still has a certain growth potential. In recent years, the environment facing my country's insurance industry has continued to change. On the one hand, the aging of the domestic population has become increasingly prominent and the concept of financial consumption has continued to change.
