随着经济下行压力的不断增大,我国银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的发展受到了市场环境、技术环境等 不同程度的影响,发展遇到瓶颈期。恰逢我国经济由高速增长转变为 高质量增长时期, 雄安新区应运而生。雄安新区旨在将其打造为全国高质量发展的样板,Z银行雄安分 行的建设对未来其他地区银行的建设更具有指导性意义,如何建设好新区也 成为迫切 需要解决的问题。 本文首先通过对Z银行雄安分行设立的背景、现状及研究目的、意义进行了论述, 并简单阐述了A-S-P模型战略管理分析方法、目标市场选择理论以及 市场定位战略理 论这三个关于发展战略的理论基础,随后,运用外部环境分析与内部环境分析相结合 的方法,对Z银行进行了全面的分析。通过对宏观环境、竞争环境、外部机会 与威胁 等方面对其所处的外部环境作进一步的分析。研究发现Z银行雄安分行在服务客户的 活动中整合自身的技术资源、产品资源、人力资源等为客户创造出来特殊价值过程中 所积累的各种能力的总称,是相对于竞争对手所持有的,且市场上竞争对手短时间内 难以复制的具有一定价值的核心能,发现其所处环境有利于其在雄安新区的发展,随 后从品 牌形象、管理模式、人力资源以及资产管理等方面分析了Z银行雄安分行资源 与能力进行分析。通过SWOT分析进一步确定Z银行雄安分行战略选择。通过战略目 标的制定,战略实 施来落实战略的具体内容。最后从机制、政策、文化三方面建设来 保障发展战略的有效实施。 关键词:商业银行;雄安新区;发展转型;战略研究 II Abstract With the increasing downward pressure on the economy, the development of China's banking industry has been affected by the market environment and technological environment to varying degrees, and the development has encountered a bottleneck period. It coincides with the transition from high-speed growth to high- quality growth in China, and the Xiong'an New District came into being. Xiong'an New District aims to build it into a model for high-quality development in the country. The construction of Z Bank's Xiong'an Branch is more instructive for the construction of banks in other regions in the future. How to build a new district has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper firstly discusses the background, current situation, research purpose and significance of the establishment of Z Bank Xiong'an Branch, and briefly expounds the ASP model strategic management analysis method, target market selection theory and market positioning strategy theory. The theoretical basis, followed by a combination of external environmental analysis and internal environmental analysis, a comprehensive analysis of Z Bank. Further analysis of the external environment in the macro environment, competitive environment, external opportunities and threats. The research finds that the Z Bank’s Xiong’an Branch integrates its technical resources, product resources, human resources, etc. in the activities of serving customers to create a total value of the various capabilities accumulated in the process of creating special value for customers. It is held relative to competitors. And the core competitors in the market who have difficulty in replicating in a short period of time, find that their environment is conducive to their development in Xiong'an New District, and then from the aspects of brand image, management model, human resources and asset management. The analysis of the resources and capabilities of the Z Bank Xiong'an Branch was analyzed. Further determine the strategic choice of Z Bank Xiong'an Branch through SWOT analysis. Through the formulation of strategic objectives and strategy implementation to implement the specific content of the strategy.
