业企业先进管理模式,广泛使用信息技术和信息化管理手段提升企业 生产管理效率是企业生产管理信息化的关键,也是企业生产制造向智能工厂方向 大步迈进并实现可持续发展的
必然。 本文以银光公司生产管理信息化优化研究为主线,对银光公司生产管理信息 化建设现状进行分析,融合生产管理、信息集成、流程管理等领域的相关内容, 以优化生产管
理信息化方案为目标,根据基于企业架构的企业信息化整体解决方 案方法,以公司企业愿景为指导提出银光公司生产管理信息化建设方案优化的指 导思想、目标及原则,从过程
控制管理、运行管理、经营决策不同层面管理需求 出发,通过信息系统架构重构、重要业务管理模块流程优化、基础设施建设完善 等信息化建设内容来实现银光公司生产管理信
息化优化。同时提出配套管理业务 优化的应用系统资源及基础设施优化策略,制定实施策略及保障措施,并对实施 效果进行预期评价,验证了优化方案的有效性。 经过信息化优

some extent, Production and operation management informatization represents the enterprise informationization development height and application level.
People have been trying to reduce manual labor intensity, improve product quality, save energy and reduce consumption by automation and informationization of
manufacturing industry. With the globally rising of intelligent manufacturing boom, the production management informationization is to represent the
characteristics of digitization and intelligence.Yin Guang Company is not willing to fall behind in the new informatizationtrend, with reference to the
advanced management patterns of domestic and foreign trade enterprises. To achieve this,the widespread use of information technology and informationization
management, inevitably improving production and management efficiency of enterprise manufacturing stride towards intelligent plant and realizing sustainable
development, which are the keys to enterprise production management informationization. This research is based on the Yin Guang company production management
information optimize which serves as the main line, analysis about the present situation of Yin Guang company production management informationization
construction, including production management, information Information integration, process management, and other related contents. In order to optimize
