近年来,随着经济的发展与社会的进步,互联网科学技术越来越发达,金 融欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司取得了新的突破,监管形势也日渐趋严,银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司面临的竞争日益加剧, 中小型股份制银行想要在市场竞争中脱颖而出,需要分析所处的内外部环境, 审视自身现有的内部优劣势,制定行之有效的竞争策略来取得生存和发展机会。 本文基于华夏银行湖州分行现状,为发展寻找突破口与支撑。通过分析内 外部环境,梳理出华夏银行湖州分行的机遇和挑战,制定出适合华夏银行湖州 分行的竞争战略。 本文总共划分为 7 个部分,第一章为绪论,主要描述此次的研究背景、研 究内容、研究方法以及研究思路;第二章是相关理论概述;第三章是对华夏银 行湖州分行外部环境分析;第三章对华夏银行湖州分行内部环境分析;第四章 分析华夏银行湖州分行的机遇与挑战;第五章介绍华夏银行湖州分行竞争战略 制定;第六章总结了竞争战略实施;第七章是本文的研究结论和展望。 关键词:竞争战略,优势,机会,环境IMBA 学位论文 作者:姚立晖 华夏银行湖州分行竞争战略研究 III RESEARCH ON THE COMPETITIVE STRATEGY OF HUZHOU BRANCH OF HUAXIA BANK Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the application level of Internet science and technology, the financial industry is growing stronger and stronger, the supervision situation is becoming more and more strict, and the competition faced by the banking industry is increasingly intensified. In order to stand out in the market competition, small and medium-sized joint-stock banks need to analyze their internal and external environment, examine their existing resources, and formulate effective competition strategies to obtain survival and development opportunities. Based on the current situation of Huzhou Branch of Huaxia Bank, this paper seeks a breakthrough and supporting strategy for its development. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment, the opportunities and challenges of Huzhou Branch of Huaxia Bank are sorted out, and a competitive strategy suitable for Huzhou Branch of Huaxia Bank is formulated. This article is divided into seven parts to explain the research process. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background of this article, determines the research content, research ideas and methods.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories. The third chapter analyzes the external environment of Huzhou Branch of Huaxia Bank. The third chapter analyzes the internal environment of Huzhou branch of Huaxia bank. The fourth chapter analyzes the opportunities and challenges of Huzhou Branch of Huaxia Bank. The fifth chapter introduces the formulation of competition strategy of Huzhou Branch of Huaxia Bank. The sixth chapter summarizes the implementation of competition strategy. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.
