在科学技术、信息网络技术以及电子商务快速发展的推动下,全球经济一体化的发 展不断深入,国际贸易成为世界经济发展的重要驱动力。随之不断成长,与之息息相关 的国际物流,地位与作用也日渐突显并备受全球各类企业关注。优秀的国际物流运输方 案不但帮助企业降低供应链总体成本,而且在提高响应性的同时也提升了企业整体竞争 能力。 C 公司于 2011 年在中国地区设立第一个广告用品出口贸易办事处,运营至今已经 取得相当大的成果。然而近年来随着国内和国际环境的不断变化,C公司遭遇各种问题, 如供应商们因各种原因引至的交货延迟使得运输时间被严重压缩或交期延长的问题,企 业为保证快速响应而产生的国际物流成本过高问题。本文以 C 公司从中国向欧洲出口货 物时所选择的国际物流运输方式作为研究对象,运用最短路模型分析法(Dijkstra 算法)、 鱼骨图分析法、ECRS 原则分析等科学方法,结合供应链体系中的国际物流运输管理理 论,对 C 公司提高运输时效和降低物流成本进行研究和探索。首先以国际物流的由来为 切入点介绍研究背景,国内外关于多式联运方式的研究情况及意义;然后归纳和分析 C 公司的国际物流现状及存在的问题,同时阐明外部所处的宏观环境;对国际物流运输种 类进行比较,用表格和鱼骨图分析影响 C 公司国际物流时间和成本的因素;运用最短路 模型分析法,基于 C 公司时间和成本两方面设计多式联运方案措施;进一步明确 C 企 业国际物流成本的构成,用策略择优和 ECRS 流程改进就企业国际物流成本数据进行分 析,2018 年降本措施实施的情况和效果;最后总结本文的研究成果,指出进一步研究方 向,供应商选择及管理方面的提升。 通过研究 C 公司国际物流运输方案的优化模式,旨在就我国“一带一路”的国家战 略部署下,切实运用中欧班列联运优势,提供多式联运国际运输方式策略和措施,为我 国开设的越来越多的国际贸易类型企业、电商以作借鉴之用。 关键词,国际物流;多式联运;运输方式;国际物流成本II Abstract Driven by the rapid development of science and technology, information network technology and e-commerce, the development of global economic integration has been deepening, and international trade has become an important driving force for world economic development. With the continuous growth, the international logistics, which is closely related to it, has become increasingly prominent in status and role and has attracted the attention of various enterprises around the world. Excellent international logistics and transportation solutions not only help enterprises reduce the overall cost of the supply chain, but also improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprises while improving their responsiveness. Division C established the first advertising supplies export trade office in China in 2011, and the operation has achieved considerable results so far. However, with the continuous changes in the domestic and international environment in recent years, C company has encountered various problems, such as the delay in delivery caused by suppliers due to various reasons, resulting in serious reduction of transportation time or extended delivery period. And the problem of high international logistics costs caused by the enterprise to ensure quick response. This article takes the international logistics transportation mode selected by C company from China to Europe as the research object, and uses the shortest path model analysis method (Dijkstra algorithm), fishbone diagram analysis method, Analysis of ECRS principles and other scientific methods, combined with the supply chain. The international logistics transportation management theory in the system studies and explores the timeliness of C company transportation and reduces logistics costs. First of all, the origin of international logistics is used as the starting point to introduce the research background, the research situation and significance of multimodal transport methods at home and abroad; then summarize and analyze the current situation and problems encountered by C company, and clarify the external macro environment. Compare the types of international logistics and transportation, analyze the factors affecting C company's international logistics time and cost by using table and fishbone diagram; use the shortest path model analysis method to design multimodal transportation scheme measures based on C company time and cost; Further clarifying the composition of international logistics costs of C enterprises, analyze the international logistics cost data of enterprises by strategic optimization and ECRS process improvement, and the implementation and effect of the implementation of cost reductionIII measures in 2018; finally summarize the research results of this paper, point out further research directions, supplier selection and management Upgrade. By studying the optimization model of C company's international logistics transportation plan, it aims to provide the advantages and advantages of China-European intermodal transport mode and provide the multimodal transport international transport mode strategy and measures for the country's “One Belt, One Road” national strategic deployment.
