家族企业是国内经济形式的一种重要组成部分,是经济发展重要的推动力。随 着改革开放,我国的家族企业开始大规模兴起,故对于家族企业的学术研究开始受 到了重视。家族企业在经过近四十年的发展后,家族企业的创始人逐渐衰老,企业 走到了传承或是消亡的重要转折点。由此,家族企业代价传承问题作为家族企业研 究的一个重要分支和方向,在现阶段也就变得愈发重要和迫切起来了。 本论文通过对相关文献理论进行梳理,明确家族企业和代际传承的相关定义, 在相关文献的理论基础上,归类相关研究中传承影响因素的理论阐述,提出适用于 本论文的因素分类。 结合当今的现实环境和一些其他的制约因素对企业样本进行筛选,选取了具有 代表性的六个家族企业为案例进行研究,并通过文献法、半结构式访谈法等方法对 企业主和企业二代进行实地采访采访,将采访录音整理后作为素材进行案例分析。 分析过程中嵌入理论作为指导,探究在家族企业代际传承过程中的父辈因素、二代 因素、外部因素、内部因素等相关层面上的影响,以此对案例进行相关理论的验证, 对相关现象进行解释,再试图对一些与理论研究结论不相符合的问题进行探索性分 析,提出自己的想法和一些相关的假设。但是限于作者水平有限,研究中也存在着 一定的局限性,期待在未来能进一步深入的研究。 关键词:家族企业 代际传承 多案例研究 传承影响因素II 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract Family business is an important part of the domestic economic form and an important driving force for economic development. With the reform and opening up, China's family business began to rise on a large scale, so academic research on family businesses began to receive attention. After nearly 40 years of development of family businesses, the founders of family businesses have gradually waned, and enterprises have reached an important turning point in inheritance or extinction. As a result, the family business cost inheritance problem as an important branch and direction of family business research has become more and more important and urgent at this stage. This paper sorts out the relevant literature theories, clarifies the relevant definitions of family business and intergenerational inheritance, and based on the theory of relevant literature, categorizes the theoretical elaboration of the influencing factors in related research, and proposes the classification of factors applicable to this paper. Combining the current real environment and some other constraints to screen the enterprise samples, select six representative family enterprises to study the case, and use the literature method and semi-structured interview method to the second generation of business owners and enterprises. Conduct field interviews and interviews, and record the interviews as a material for case analysis. In the process of analysis, embedding theory is used as a guide to explore the influences of parental factors, second-generation factors, external factors and internal factors in the intergenerational process of family business, so as to verify the relevant theories and related phenomena. Explain and try to make an exploratory analysis of some problems that are inconsistent with the theoretical research conclusions, and put forward their own ideas and some related assumptions. However, limited to the author's level, there are certain limitations in the research, and I look forward to further research in the future.
