随着社会及我国体育^业的蓬勃发展,高等学校体育课程也正不断的进行改 革,高等学校体育教学理念也随之发生着改变。而教学理念也正逐渐从传统的单一 化、学生被动参与向以学生为主导,学生主动参与的观念转变。高等学校有氧舞蹈 多元化教学研究正符合了高等学校体育课程改革以及体育课程教学理念的变化的 而女。 通过阅读大量的文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,了解了国内外有关有氧舞蹈及其教学的研究现状, 通过文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理分析法、教学实践 法等方法来展开研究。主要了解学生对有氧舞蹈的认知情况、高等学校有氧舞蹈教 学在课程开设、师资力量、组织形式以及学校的支持力度等教学现状,并对高等学 校有氧舞蹈现有教学手段及其影响评价进行分析。通过总结、归纳与分析得出以下 结论: 1.高等学校有氧舞蹈课程存在设计单一、内容单调、强调老师的主导性以及课 程性质单一的现状。 2.在有氧舞蹈课程教学中实施多元化教学形式对于学生身体素质、个人气质、 学习成绩、情趣爱好的培养以及竞赛的成绩有着积极的影响。 3.实行多元化教学形式是高等学校体育课程改革的要求,是提升当代学生整体 素养的有效路径,是提高学生身体素质的需要,且具有一定的可行性。 4.针对有氧舞蹈多元化教学形式,具体设计了单人体验型形式、互惠分组型形 式、多人合作型形式以及有氧舞蹈网络教学形式等。其多元化主要体现在教学形式 的多元化、教学手段的多元化、教学内容的多元化以及教学目的的多元化。 5.高校有氧舞蹈多元化教学的构建还存在着其自身吸引力不够、教学硬件设施 不完善、学生兴趣单一、学校领导不够重视以及师资力量缺乏等制约性因素。 经过分析,提出针对未来有氧舞蹈课程多元化教学实践与理论研究的建议: 1.加强领导重视和认识,取得学校领导对有氧舞蹈多元化教学的支持; 2.加强宣传,包括艺术价值、娱乐价值以及锻炼价值,让师生对有氧舞蹈有更 进一步的了解,提高公众对有氧舞蹈的认识; 3.加强对有氧舞蹈教师的专业技能培训,提高教师的自我综合素质和专项技术 水平,提高有氧舞蹈教学的整体水平; 4.建立有氧舞蹈多元化教学实验班,检验多元化教学的可行性; 5.在教学场地、教学设备、队伍建设等方面加大资金投入; 硕士学位报告 MASTER'S THESIS 6.学习有氧舞蹈多元化教学的理论知识和教学案例,为有氧舞蹈多元化教学改 革提供更扎实的理论基础与实践教学经验。 关键词:有氧舞蹈;高校;多元化教学;探索 II % 碩士学位报告 MASTER'S THESIS Abstract As society and the vigorous development of China's sports undertakings, physical education of universities are also reform constantly, and PE teaching philosophy also will be changing.
