本文对醇洗花生浓缩蛋白的生产进行了可行性研究,对年产 1 万吨醇洗花生浓缩蛋 白进行了工艺设计。 可行性研究报告的编写依据是《轻工业建设项目可行性研究报告编制内容深度规定 (QBJS5-2005)》和《粮食工程可行性研究报告编制深度规定》及我国现行粮油工程建 设的有关政策、法规、规范及标准等。该研究结合了郑州汇丰粮油工业有限公司的发展 需求,对花生冷榨生产清香花生油和食用花生蛋白,以及利用冷榨花生饼生产醇洗花生 浓缩蛋白项目从产品市场、生产工艺技术、能源供应、环保节能、项目投资、经济效益 等方面进行了可行性研究论证。内容包括(1)进行了项目投资分析,对项目竞争力进 行了优劣势分析。论述了当前我国冷榨花生油及蛋白欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的发展现状以及趋势,产品需 求在未来将保持稳步的刚性增长,且冷榨花生油及其花生浓缩蛋白业内扩张态势不强, 目前进入市场较为合适。(2)对建设地的自然条件、社会经济条件和交通条件等进行了 分析。(3)对工厂工程技术方案进行了研究,确定了生产技术方案,明确了主要车间的 工艺条件、参数及设备选型,对辅助及配套设施进行了扼要阐述;结合甲方提供的厂址 等欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司绘制了总平面布置图,厂区占地面积 150 亩。(4)本文通过理论计算对水电等能 源消耗进行了估算。(5)严格按照国家相关法律法规做好环保工作,积极降低生产安全 隐患并提高卫生水平。(6)进行了经济效益分析,结果表明该项目适应市场变化的能力 较强。(7)通过对花生浓缩蛋白加工项目的市场、产品、技术、项目建设以及经营管理 等方面的充分论证,认为本项目具有战略意义和经济效益,该项目是可行的。 工艺设计部分包括 200 吨/日花生预处理冷榨车间、50 吨/日醇洗花生浓缩蛋白车 间、80 吨/日花生蛋白及醇洗花生浓缩蛋白粉碎车间和 90 吨/日冷榨花生油精炼车间的 设计,绘制完成了以上车间工艺流程图,主要车间设备布置图以及厂区总平面布置图。 关键词,醇洗花生浓缩蛋白 可行性研究 工艺设计Abstract In this paper, a feasibility study was carried out on production of peanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction . The process design on the annual output of 10,000 tons of peanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction was completed. This feasibility study is based on the Light construction project feasibility study report of the contents of the depth of the provisions(QBJS5-2005) and the Regulations to compile feasibility study report of grain engineering project and the construction of current food related policies, regulations, norms and standards.By useing cold pressed peanut to produce peanut oil and edible protein, and using the cold pressed peanut to produce Peanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction , the project is writen according to the request of Zengzhou HuiFeng food Co., LTD. Through the product markets, production technology, energy supply, environmental protection and energy saving, investment, economic and other aspects, I prepared the feasibility study report of this project. This report mainly examines the following points.(1)This paper carries out project investment analysis containing competitive edge and competitive disadvantages. By discussing the current of cold pressed peanut oil and protein status and development of the industry trends , we would know that the rigid growth of the product demand will remain steady in the future.While the cold pressed peanut oil and protein concentrate expansion of the industry trend is not strong, entering the current market is more appropriate. (2)The natural conditions of construction site, social and economic conditions, and transportation are evaluated. (3) Plant engineering technology program were studied to determine the production of technical solutions, the main process conditions, parameters and equipment selection were identified and the auxiliary and supporting facilities were briefly described . According to the site with detailed information by Zengzhou HuiFeng food Co., LTD, a total floor plan was completed, design covers an area of 150 acres. (4) Through the theoretical calculations of the value of energy consumption of water and electricity consumption were estimated. (5)Strictly in accordance with national environmental laws and regulations , and actively reduce the production level of security risk and improve the level of industrial hygiene. (6)According to the finance analysis and the project is very adaptive to the market. (7)The project is feasible, strategical and beneficial based on the careful evaluation of the market , products , technology , project construction and management , etc. In the part of process design, it includes the design of 200 tons / day pre-cold-pressedII peanut plant , 50 tons / day peanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction workshop , 80 tons / day of crushing plant of peanut protein and peanut protein concentrate alcohol extraction , 90 tons / day plant of cold-pressed peanut oil refining. The workshop process flow diagram , the main workshop equipment layout and floor plan of total plant were completed.
