三门峡产业集聚区污水处理工程可行性研究报告与分析

在经济社会发展的大背景下,工业污水对生态环境的影响越来越明显,尤其是产业 集聚区内的工业废水,直接对集聚区的水体造成严重污染,严重影响集聚区环境卫生和 本市人民的身体健康。处理污水、兴建工业集聚区污水处理厂对一个城市的整体环境、 形象有着显著的改善,对集聚区以及当地的经济社会可持续发展将会起到很大的作用。 污水处理工程(厂)是一个城市重要的基础设施,是保护城市环境的重要一环。它的兴 建,需要大量的投资。为避免盲目投资,做到科学决策,同时本着为今人和后人负责的 态度,有必要对污水处理工程进行可行性研究与分析。 本研究针对以混合废水为主的三门峡产业集聚区域污水,在分析所接纳污水水质和 水量的基础上,根据当地经济发展水平和处理要求,对几种国内主流的污水处理工艺进 行比选,确定最优处理方案,经对较研究,污水处理主体工艺采用“A 2 /O-SBR+生物滤 池处理”工艺,处理标准为一级 A 标准,即 BOD 5 ≤10mg/l,COD cr ≤50mg/l,NH 3 ≤ 5mg/l,TP≤0.5mg/l,污水厂处理出水回用,污泥脱水后可运往垃圾填埋厂进行卫生填 埋。本工程的建设可以彻底地改善产业集聚区及周边区域的环境污染问题,保证产业集 聚区实现绿色生态环境和创造良好的投资环境。同时,本工程的建设和运行也将带来巨 大的社会效益和经济效益。 关键词,污水处理工程;可行性研究;产业集聚区;方案比选;A 2 /O-SBR 工艺II Abstract In the context of the economic and social development, the industrial wastewater impact on ecological environment becomes more and more obvious. Especially in the industrial concentration area, the industrial wastewater directly contaminates the water of agglomeration area, causing serious pollution, which serious influences the local sanitation and people's health seriously. Disposing of sewage and constructing industrial agglomeration area sewage treatment plant do a lot to the overall environment and the image of a city, and also plays a large role on the economic and social sustainable development of the concentrated area. Sewage treatment engineering is an important infrastructure of a city, which is an important part of protecting the city environment. It needs a lot of investment to construct it. In order to avoid blind investment,achieve the scientific decision-making and also be responsible for the present and future generations, it is necessary to research and analysis the project feasibility of the sewage treatment. This study aims at sanmenxia industrial concentration area with mixed wastewater. On the basis of the analysis of the wastewater quality and quantity, according to the demand of local economic development level and processing of several major domestic sewage treatment technique, it determines the optimal processing scheme by comparison. Through the comparative study, the subject of wastewater treatment process uses the “A 2 / O - SBR + biological filter”, the level of A standard, namely the BOD 5 ≤10mg/l,COD cr ≤ 50mg/l,NH 3 ≤5mg/l,TP≤0.5mg/l. The effluent from the sewage treatment plant will be reused and the sludge dewatering can be carried to the landfill used for sanitary landfill. The construction of the project can thoroughly improve the environmental pollution problem of the industrial concentration area and the surrounding area, and ensure the implementation of the green ecological industrial agglomeration area environment and create a good investment environment. At the same time, the construction and operation of the project will also bring huge economic benefits and social benefits.
