- I - 摘要 本文研究的主要目的是在对秦皇岛市 DT 公司现有的供应商考核体系进行准 确描述的基础上,实现优化方案的设计调整,从而提高供应商与 DT 公司合作的期 望值以及满意度。根据学科的特点,采用文献研究法、实地调研法、人物访谈法 和定性与定量相结合的研究方法。 首先,对当前与国内外供应商考核相关的理论以及目前发展的情况进行了整 理,为本文的研究和论证奠定了理论知识方面的基础,希望能够解决目前 DT 公司 在供应商考核体系方面存在的问题。 其次,笔者通过多个角度详细介绍了 DT 公司的整体情况,从考核主体、流程、 指标及结果运用四个方面进行了分析和阐述,通过现状分析找出了 DT 公司在供应 商考核体系中存在的问题。 再次,针对 DT 公司供应商考核体系中存在的问题,进行成因剖析,从考核主 体、考核指标的选取、分类模型的建立以及考核结果的运用四个方面详细对 DT 公 司的供应商考核体系进行优化,建立一个易于执行、目标精准以及科学合理的供 应商考核方案。 最后,为使优化方案得以顺利实施,笔者从多方面提供保障,希望本次研究 提出的优化建议能够提高 DT 公司的竞争实力,并为 DT 公司与供应商之间达成长 期稳定的合作伙伴以及战略联盟的关系奠定基础。 关键词,供应链;供应商;绩效;考核体系;层次分析法燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract The main purpose of this thesis is to accurately describe the existing supplier assessment system of DT company in Qin Huang Dao, and adjust the optimization plan, so as to improve the enthusiasm of suppliers for cooperation. According to the characteristics of the subject, the methods of literature research, field investigation, interview and qualitative and quantitative research are adopted. Firstly, the theories and development status of supplier assessment management at home and abroad are sorted out to provide a theoretical basis for the research and demonstration of this paper, so as to solve the existing problems in the supplier assessment system of DT company in Qin Huang Dao. Secondly, the author introduced the overall situation of DT company in Qin Huang Dao in detail from multiple perspectives, analyzed and elaborated from four aspects of assessment subject, process, indicators and results, and found out the existing problems in the supplier assessment system of DT company in Qin Huang Dao through status analysis.DT company in Qin Huang Dao is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of superhard abrasives, advanced materials and electromechanical integration equipment, because the supplier management is lack of enough attention, especially there are many problems in the assessment of the supplier, which greatly hindered the development of DT company in Qin Huang Dao. Thirdly, in view of the problems existing in the supplier evaluation system of DT company in Qin Huang Dao, to carry on the cause analysis, from the selection of evaluation subject, evaluation index and classification model and the assessment results using the four aspects of DT company in Qin Huang Dao supplier evaluation system is optimized in detail, establish an operability, pertinence and scientific and reasonable supplier evaluation plan. Finally, in order to make the optimized scheme can be implemented smoothly , the author provides guarantees from many aspects, hoping that the optimization Suggestions proposed in this study can improve the competitive strength of DT company in QinAbstract - III - Huang Dao, and lay a foundation for the long-term stable partnership and strategic alliance between DT company in Qin Huang Dao and suppliers.
