ABSTRACT
Energy is the foundation and an important driving force for the country’s
modernization. China's modern economic development mainly depends on coal, oil,
natural gas, hydropower and nuclear energy. All along, China's energy industry has
presented a rough development trend, resulting in a great deal of waste of resources
and management inefficiencies, and the industry has gradually entered the window
period. At present, China’s energy industry is undergoing a profound transformation
from an industrial structure to a development approach. How to use the successful
experience of modern enterprise management to change the existing crude
development and shift to scientific and effective corporate management. It is valued by
every energy company.
An energy companies as the research object in Yulin.Through the questionnaire
survey understanding the present situation of the enterprise performance evaluation
system, analyzes the yulin some energy enterprise implement the performance
evaluation system of existing problems and the reasons are analyzed;Then, with the
method of using the balanced scorecard method and KPI, put forward the optimization
scheme to improve the enterprise performance evaluation system provides the basis.
Paper through the study found that the existing performance appraisal system
exist the following problems: needs to improve performance appraisal system,
performance evaluation indicators and strategic target correlation degree is low, the
performance appraisal lack of real application, performance appraisal and talent

development system does not adapt.Aiming at yulin some energy enterprise
performance evaluation system optimization design was carried out on the existing
problems and puts forward the safeguard measures.The optimized performance
appraisal system is a strategic performance management system, it not only can
improve the business performance, more is the enterprise sustained development of
endogenous power.
