About the Authors
Sam Parker is a Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy
School. Sam previously served as the Special Assistant to the Assistant
Secretary for Public Afairs at the Department of Homeland Security.
As an academic fellow at U.S. Pacifc Command, he wrote a report on
anticipating and countering Chinese eforts to displace U.S. infuence in
South Asia and Oceania.
Gabrielle Cheftz is a Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard
Kennedy School. Gabrielle previously served as a Research Assistant at
the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and worked for the Senate
Foreign Relations Committee.。。。。。。
