摘要
“大众创业、万众创新”是当今中国发展的新浪潮，创业活动比任何时候都活跃，但创业
的失败也随处可见，创业团队对创业的重要性日益突出，对创业团队进行研究，如何提升创
业绩效成为学者近年来一直关注的问题。相关研究主要集中在创业团队的组建与结构维度、
影响创业绩效的相关变量及其关系等核心问题上，取得了不少重要的研究成果，但这个领域
里的实证数据仍然缺乏，还存在继续研究的空间

本文对创业团队及其相关理论进行了研究和整合，通过理论研究和访谈初步构建理论模
型，引入失败学习这一中介变量、协同创新网络这一调节变量，探讨创业团队结构对创业绩
效的影响机制。选取经济发展快速的江苏省内创业团队作为调研对象，调研了32个团队，发
放问卷280份，得出显著性结论如下：创业团队角色结构、技能结构与权力结构对创业绩效
的生存绩效、成长绩效和创新绩效有显著正向影响，协同创新网络对创业团队结构与创业绩
效有显著正向调节作用，失败学习在创业团队结构与创业绩效关系间起到部分中介作用

基于研究结论，结合江苏省内创业团队的现状，从创业团队管理角度、组织学习角度对
创业者、政府及高校提出了具体的管理建议，以促进创业绩效提升

Abstract
China is now in a new wave of public entrepreneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship is
more active than ever. However, the failure of entrepreneurship can be seen everywhere. The
importance of the entrepreneurial team is becoming increasingly prominent. To study the
entrepreneurial team and how to improve entrepreneurial performance has become a topic that
scholars have been paying attention to in recent years. The related researches mainly focus on the
core issues such as the formation and structural dimension of the entrepreneurial team, the related
variables affecting the entrepreneurial performance and their relations, and have achieved a lot of
important research results. However, the empirical data in this field are still lacking, there is still areas
for further research.
This paper studies and integrates the entrepreneurial team and its related theories, constructs the
theoretical model through theoretical research and interviews, introduces the mediating variable of
learning from failure and synergetic innovation network to investigate the influence mechanism of
entrepreneurial team structure on entrepreneurial performance. Select the entrepreneurial team in
Jiangsu Province as the research object, surveyed 32 teams, issued 280 questionnaires, reached
significant conclusions are as follows: Entrepreneurial team role structure, skill structure and power
structure have a significant positive impact on the survival performance, growth Performance and
innovation performance. Synergetic innovation network have a significant positive regulatory effect
between the entrepreneurial team structure and entrepreneurial performance. Learning from failure
play a part of the intermediary role in the entrepreneurial team structure and entrepreneurial
performance relations.
Based on the conclusion of the study and the status of entrepreneurial team in Jiangsu province,
this paper puts forward some concrete management suggestions to entrepreneur, government and
university from the angle of entrepreneurial team management and organizational learning to promote
entrepreneurial performance
