本文首先从宏观角度介绍了本文的研究背景、理论基础,其中选取了四个
比较具有代表性的模型进行了详细介绍,还阐述了研究内容、意义以及思路和
方法。本文选取内蒙古鹏龙建设有限公司为研究对象,在文献分析法等研究方
法的基础上,还对企业员工采用了问卷调查法,并详细分析了调查结果,着重
对研究对象人员流失的原因进行了深入分析,总结出了几个主要因素:一是薪
酬管理制度设计混乱、激励不到位,二是缺乏优良的企业文化,三是企业缺乏
职业发展规划、职工缺乏发展空间,四是人员选拔、任用机制不合理,五是企
业人员忠诚度下降。文章最后,针对研究得出的内蒙古鹏龙建设有限公司人员
流失的几大主要原因,笔者提出了有针对性的意见和建议,一是健全科学完善
的薪酬管理体系,二是建立完善良性的符合时代的企业文化,三是注重人员职
业规划提升发展空间,四是建立公平合理的人员选拔机制,五是提高员工对企
业忠诚度,并进行了详细的阐释
本文在对现有人员流失领域研究成果的借鉴基础上,又加入了部分自己的
思考和认识,通过对内蒙古鹏龙建设有限公司人员流失原因进行分析,得出一
些行之有效的改善方法,以期为其他相关企业人员流失对策研究提供一定的参
考和依据

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of China's economy, various small and
medium-sized enterprises are constantly emerging to provide a strong guarantee for
China's going to the international stage. However, at the same time, many problems in
business management have also gradually become prominent. Among them, the
problem of turnover of enterprises is particularly concerned by the managers of
enterprises. In this era of knowledge-based competitiveness, the competition among
enterprises can be understood as the competition of talents from a certain point of
view. Therefore, the loss of talents is of great importance to enterprises The influence
is very huge. The managers and scholars are all devoted to studying the causes of the
loss of the enterprise personnel from all angles and solving the countermeasures so as
to retain the talents to the greatest extent and eliminate the negative influence caused
by the loss of personnel. In our country, construction enterprises have always been
one of the important industries in the national economy. In many construction
enterprises, there is a very serious loss of personnel. The emergence of this situation,
a great threat to the sustainable development of enterprises, leading to a decline in the
overall competitiveness of enterprises.
Inner Mongolia Penglong Construction Co., Ltd. is a collection of highways,
water conservancy and hydropower, municipal utilities construction enterprises, in
recent years, enterprises have been rapid development. However, influenced by many
factors, there was also a certain amount of staff turnover in Inner Mongolia Penglong
Construction Co., Ltd., which brought certain impacts and challenges to the normal
