摘要
在环境污染与环境破坏造成社会问题日益严峻、经济发展滞缓的情况下，环境
已经逐渐成为影响科技发展与经济快速增长的关键因素。各国经济发展实践表明：
环境与金融、科技、工业等其他多种社会经济因素一样有较强的竞争力，环境竞争
力不仅与社会经济发展有着联系的紧密，也突出强调了其作为人们生活、生产基本
保障的作用，更加注重人与环境的协调可持续发展。因此，环境竞争力的理论研究
包含了环境与竞争力这两个方面的研究，不仅提供了环境问题的理论研究的新的方
向，也为竞争力问题的理论研究开拓了一个新的领域，也符合当代世界经济稳定发
展和中国经济、社会稳定快速发展的趋势

中原城市群在河南省占有非常重要和关键的地位，尤其在经济和社会发展方面
有着重要的作用。鉴于此，本文以中原城市群的 9 个城市为研究对象，构建城市环
境竞争力评价指标体系与评价方法，利用统计分析软件 SPSS 对城市环境关键指标
进行因子分析和聚类分析，客观地对中原城市群 9 个城市的环境竞争力进行测算、
分析和比对，准确地把握中原城市群各城市的自身环境、地位、优劣势，针对中原
城市群 9 个城市提出优化环境竞争力的对策及措施。论文的研究结论为各城市科学
地制定经济社会与环境发展协同共进战略提供有益的借鉴

本研究在建立了环境竞争力评价指标体系基础上，将中原城市群的 9 个城市作
为研究对象，挑选出影响城市环境竞争力的 12 项关键因素指标，使用 SPSS17.0 统
计分析软件，通过因子分析法和聚类分析法，客观对各城市环境竞争力进行实证分
析。根据评价的结果，得出以下结论：郑州城市环境竞争力表现特优，洛阳居郑州
之后，其余几个城市环境竞争力水平低于中原城市群 9 个城市平均水平。同时，本
文通过中原城市群 9 个城市环境竞争力差异和特点，对于中原城市群不同的地区城
市给出了相应的功能划分，并从区位与产业两个方面上分析了中原城市群城市环境
竞争力差异的原因。最后，提出建立中原城市群整体竞争力理念、协调整体与区域
模块的发展关系、提升生态环境质量竞争力、实施可持续发展战略等研究结论，有
效改善中原城市群城市环境竞争力

Abstract
In the environmental pollution and environmental damage caused by increasingly
serious social problems, economic development stagnation, the environment has
gradually become the impact of scientific and technological development and rapid
economic growth of the key factors. The practice of economic development in various
countries shows that the environment is as competitive as other social and economic
factors such as finance, science and technology, industry and so on. Environmental
competitiveness is not only closely related to social and economic development, but also
emphasizes its life as people, Production of basic protection of the role, pay more
attention to the coordination of human and environmental sustainable development.
Therefore, the theoretical study of environmental competitiveness includes two aspects of
environment and competitiveness, which not only provides a new direction for theoretical
research on environmental issues, but also opens up a new field for theoretical research on
competitiveness. In line with the stable development of the contemporary world economy
and China&39;s economic and social stability and rapid development trend.
Central Plains urban agglomeration in Henan Province occupies a very important
and critical position, especially in economic and social development has an important role.
In this paper, nine cities in the Central Plains urban agglomeration are used as the
research object to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation method of urban
environmental competitiveness. The statistical analysis software SPSS is used to analyze
the key factors of urban environment and cluster analysis. This paper puts forward the
countermeasures and measures to optimize the environmental competitiveness of nine
cities in the Central Plains urban agglomeration in the city of Zhongyuan urban
agglomeration by accurately calculating the environment, status and advantages and
disadvantages of Zhongcheng urban agglomerations. The The conclusion of the paper
provides useful reference for each city to scientifically develop the strategy of economic,
social and environmental development.
Based on the establishment of the evaluation index system of environmental
competitiveness, this study selected 12 cities of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration as theIII

According to the results of the evaluation, the following conclusions are drawn:
Zhengzhou city environmental competitiveness is particularly good, Luoyangju

Central Plains urban group 9 city average level. At the same time, through the differences
and characteristics of the environmental competitiveness of nine cities in the Central
Plains urban agglomeration, this paper gives the corresponding functional division for the
different cities in the Central Plains urban agglomeration, and analyzes the urban
environment competition of the Central Plains urban agglomeration from the aspects of
location and industry The reason for the difference. Finally, the author puts forward the
idea of establishing the overall competitiveness of the Central Plains urban agglomeration,
coordinating the development relationship between the whole and the regional module,
improving the competitiveness of the ecological environment and implementing the
sustainable development strategy, and improving the urban environmental
competitiveness of the Central Plains urban agglomeration.
