本文以泛华祥和保险代理公司(简称泛华保险)的代理制员工为研究依据,
泛华保险是保险市场上新生的保险中介力量。通过问卷调查法,文献分析法和理
论与实际相结合的研究方法,在充分调研对泛华祥和保险代理有限公司代理制员
工的激励机制的基础上,通过梳理泛华祥和保险代理有限公司代理制员工激励机
制的现状,分析了存在的问题,并设计出更加适合的激励,提升泛华的业绩,提
高代理人的工作积极性,提高工作效率,从而提高泛华保险代理的企业效率和企
业业绩

Abstract
Individual insurance agency system is introduced into insurance industry in China
in 1992, which replaces the contract employee system of China Life Insurance
Company with agency contract system, and opens the market of insurance rapidly.
Insurance agent employees have made great contributions to the development of
insurance industry in China. However, with the development of society, only the way
of depending on agents to sell insurance lags behind of both the needs of economic
development and the expectations of people on insurance. Meanwhile, it leads to some
deep conflicts and problems which hinders the further development of insurance
industry, which calls for serious attention.
This thesis, with a thorough research on the motivation mechanism of agent
employees in Fanhua xianghe Insurance Agency Company (Fanhua for short) which is
a new insurance agency in insurance market, analyzes its existing problems, and
designs better motivate plans to improvIt is also found in this research that it needs
time for insurance industry to meet the needs of the society development perfectly.
