摘要
近年来，以创新为主要特征的通信企业的技术联盟是实现技术资源互补、降低新技
术、新产品或新服务研发风险和成本，通过技术创新在竞争中占据主导地位，获取可持
续竞争优势的一条捷径。技术联盟的稳定性有利于提高技术的研发能力、产品开发速度
以及技术创新成功率，驱使运营商捕捉新的收入机会并获取成本效益。目前，通信企业
的技术联盟理论处于成熟阶段，但在实际管理中还面临诸多问题，以企业战略管理理论
为基础，系统分析技术联盟稳定性对技术创新能力积极作用的内在机理，归纳出技术联
盟稳定性对通信企业技术创新能力的影响，找到技术联盟管理过程中的短板，有利于提
高通信企业的技术创新能力

论文采用理论与实证相结合的方式进行研究。首先，介绍论文的研究背景及意义、
对国内外文献进行系统地分析和评述，据此设计并阐述了论文的研究思路、研究内容与
研究方法。其次，以相关理论为基础，建立了技术联盟稳定性影响因素的框架，提出了
技术创新的内涵，深入分析了通信企业的技术联盟，认为稳定的联盟是技术创新的加速
器，并强调了知识共享的重要性。将知识共享作为中介变量，技术联盟稳定性作为自变
量，技术创新能力作为因变量构建理论模型，提出研究假设。通过调查问卷收集技术联
盟对通信企业技术创新能力影响的数据，利用 SPSS17.0 进行探索性分析；通过结构方
程模型利用 AMOS21.0 对研究假设进行检验，做验证性分析，得到技术联盟稳定性对通
信企业技术创新能力具有显著的正向影响，知识共享在技术联盟稳定性正向作用于通信
企业技术创新能力的过程中有中介作用。最后，基于稳定的联盟是提高技术创新能力的
主要途径，从技术学习、联盟兼容性以及联盟间承诺三个方面提出管理建议，并要求通
信企业对知识共享加以重视。展望未来信息和网络技术时代，只有在庞大的生态体系中
协同发展，加强知识共享透明度，才能提高通信企业技术创新能力，推动新技术的广泛
应用

Research on the Influence about Stability of TechnologyAlliance on
Technology Innovation in Communication Enterprises
ABSTRACT
Recently, innovation has become an important strategic to improve productivity and
comprehensive strength. The main characteristic of Communication Enterprises is innovation.
Technology alliance aims to complement each other’s advantages and reduce costs and risks,
help enterprises win position, expand benefits, obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
Stability of technology alliance will help improve innovation ability, product development
speed and the success rate of innovation, drive operators capture new opportunities and
improve the efficiency of the cost. At present, the theory of technology alliance is in mature
stage, but it also faces problems in practical management. Based on the theory of enterprise
strategic management, the internal mechanism of the Stability of technical alliance and
technological innovation capability is systematically analyzed.
Firstly, the paper introduces the background, significance, status at home and abroad,
summarizes the related literatures, raises ideas, contents and methods of this paper. Secondly,
defines related concepts of technical alliance, establish the framework of influence factors
about stability of technology alliance. On the basis of relevant theories, stability of technology
alliance is the accelerator of innovation, also emphasis the importance of knowledge sharing
in the process. Knowledge sharing is seen as an intervening variable, stability of technology
alliance is the independent variable; innovation ability is the dependent variable. Then build
the theoretical model. Through collected questionnaire acquire the impact of stability on
innovation. Test reliability and validity of data by SPSS17.0. Use AMOS21.0 test the
hypotheses, obtain the consequence of the paper: Stability has significant positive influence
on innovation, Stability has significant positive influence on knowledge sharing, and
knowledge sharing has significant positive influence on innovation. Knowledge sharing plays
a mediating role. Finally, based on cooperation theory, the management advice is from the
perspective of technological learning, compatibility, commitment and knowledge sharing.
Anyhow, technology alliance will make knowledge transfer smoothly and improve the
technology innovation ability.

针对技术联盟稳定性对通信企业技术创新能力影响的研究，论文在前人研究的基础
上，可能存在以下两方面创新：
（1）全面考虑技术联盟稳定性影响因素及关系，通过实证研究界定相关维度，理
清结构层次关系，揭示了技术联盟稳定性对通信企业技术创新能力的影响机理

（2）在技术联盟稳定性与技术创新能力关系的研究中，引入了中介变量“知识共
享”，分析三者关系并构建结构方程模型进行实证研究，为通信企业的技术联盟和技术
