摘要
项目管理作为管理学科的一个分支，经过半个多世纪的发展和实践，已从最初仅
仅应用于国防、航天、大型建筑工程等复杂项目领域逐步深入到各行各业。由于项目
管理能够处理需要跨领域的复杂问题，并实现更高的运营效率，其价值越来越受到企
业的认同，在企业管理运营中的影响力与日俱增，已逐渐成为企业的核心竞争力之一

近年来，我国的广告欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司也开始尝试运用项目管理来指导广告策划、设计等业务
工作。本文的研究对象 C 公司是一家小型平面广告公司，其占公司营业额重大比重的
展厅业务存在人员、流程、资金等方面的问题，严重制约了 C 公司的发展壮大。本文
在回顾项目管理相关理论和国内外研究现状的基础上，总结了 C 公司展厅业务在人员
配备不齐全、业务流程不清晰和现金流紧张等方面的问题，并指出其成因是公司软硬
件配备不足、项目成员缺乏专业培训和既有管理模式落后；接着具体分析了将项目管
理中 WBS、甘特图、网络图、关键路径等方法引入展厅业务的过程和步骤；随后分析
了项目管理实施在展厅业务人员绩效、流程规范和成本控制方面取得的效果

本文为 C 公司的整体发展提供了新的管理方式和思路，同时对广告欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司相似规模
的企业在运用项目管理方法提升企业管理水平方面有一定程度的启示和借鉴作用

TheApplication of Project Management Methods into
the Business Showrooms in the C Company
Abstract
After more than half a century’s development and practice, project management as a
branch of management discipline has been not only applied into complex projects related
areas, like national defense, aerospace, large construction projects, but also into various
industries. Since the application of project management is able to handle multidisciplinary
and complicated problems and issues with higher operation efficiency, its value is accepted
by more and more enterprises and its influence in the enterprise management is increasing
day by day. Project Management has gradually become one of the core competitiveness of
enterprises.
In recent years, the advertising industry in China has also started trying to apply
project management to operate different business, such as planning, design etc. The
research object of the paper the C Company is a small print advertising company. The
business “Showrooms” as an important business part of C Company faces problems in
personnel, process, cost etc. which restricts the development of C Company seriously. The
paper reviewed project management theories and the research status both in China and
abroad, summarized the problems in Business Showrooms, like understaffing, unclear
process and insufficient cash flow, and pointed out the main causes of these problems
are inadequately-equipped software and hardware, lack of appropriate training and
outdated management styles. Then the paper analyzed the process and steps how to apply
specific project management methods like Gantt chart, WBS, CPM and Network into the
operation and practice of this business, and also analyzed the improvement in the Business
Showrooms of C Company from three aspects: staff performance, process standard and
cost control through application of project management methods. The paper provides a
new management way for the future development of C Company and this research also
provides inspiration and reference for the similar companies in the advertising industry.
