摘要
JGZB 公司财务风险管理研究
在财务风险管理设这条道路上，我国对财务风险的研究晚于西方国家，通
过近十几年的摸索和研究，与西方国家相比虽然还不够成熟，但也相应的建立
了一系列财务风险控制的法律法规和规范。企业是我国经济发展的重要力量，
在我国经济建设中具有十分重要的地位，企业日常的经营管理和财务风险管理
与企业的良好运行息息相关。财务风险是指企业因在投资、融资、资金回收、
利益分配等各项财务活动中存在的不可预测和不可控制因素，使企业实际收益
偏离预期，造成企业损失的一种风险。企业能否持续经营和健康发展，与企业
财务风险控制的水平有很大关系。企业在运营过程中，如果运营的资金越大，
企业财务风险越高，因此有效的财务风险管理对企业而言就是至关重要的。本
文的研究结果在一定程度上反应了当前我国生产型企业财务风险管理中存在的
普遍问题，对于其他企业完善财务风险管理具有一定的借鉴意义

本文以 JGZB 公司财务风险管理为研究对象。首先对财务风险和财务风险
管理等相关理论进行了全面细致的研究。并对 JGZB 公司财务风险管理中的投
资风险、融资风险、外汇风险、价格风险、应收账款风险的识别和评估进行了
详细阐释。在此基础上，提出了增强风险意识、加强运营财务风险管理队伍建
设、优化全面预算控制系统等 JGZB 公司财务风险管理的建议措施

Abstract
Research on financial risk management of JGZB
On the road of financial risk management, the research in China is later than
western countries. Through more than ten years of exploration and research about
financial risk management, although it is not mature enough for western countries,
but also established a series of laws and regulations on risk control. Enterprises are
an important force in the economic development of our country, and have a very
important position in the construction of our country&39;s economy. The good operation
of enterprises is closely related to the financial risk management level and the
enterprises&39; daily operation and management. Financial risk refers to the enterprises
in investment, financing, recycle funds, profit distribution, existing in the financial
activities, exists unpredictable and uncontrollable factors, making the enterprise
actual deviating from the expected returns, thereby causing loss to the enterprise a
risk. Whether the enterprise can continue to operate and healthy development or not,
it has a great relationship with the level of the financial risk control.
In the course of enterprises&39; operation, the higher the operating capital, the
higher the financial risk, so the effective financial risk management is of vital
importance to the enterprise. The results of this paper reflects our country’s
manufacturing general problems existing in the enterprises financial risk
management. So for other enterprises, it has certain reference significance to
improve financial risk management..
Based on JGZB as the research object, this paper studied the theory of the
financial risk and financial risk management, and through identification and analysis
the financial risk that the enterprise faced. For example the investment risk,
financing risk, foreign exchange risk, price risk and account receivables risk. On the
basis of this research, this paper puts forward some Suggestions on enhancing risk
