新常态背景下XD集团领导层创新能力提升研究_MBA毕业论文DOC

摘要
改革开放 30 多年来,我国经济保持高速发展,大多数企业集团也是在这种经济
高速增长的背景下成长起来的,企业领导层的很多思维方式、行为特征,都是在这
种背景下形成的。但是,经过 30 年经济快速发展之后,我国经济发展方式出现了新
的变化。2014 年习近平总书记在中央经济工作会议上阐述了我国经济“新常态”的概
念。他指出目前我国经济发展方式正在进入“新常态”,即经济增长从高速状态进入
中高速的状态。新常态背景下,国民经济增长方式发生了重大调整,众多企业发展
也面临新的挑战和机遇。就企业领导层而言,如何在新常态背景下适应经济发展的
新变化,培养新的管理思维,提升领导层的创新管理能力,加强管理方式创新,对
于提高一个企业的核心竞争力,保持企业的健康稳定发展至关重要,也是值得研究
的重要课题

本文以新常态背景下XD集团领导层创新能力提升作为研究主题。首先,在全面
理解和梳理相关理论基础上构建企业领导层创新能力研究的理论框架,理清了本文
的研究对象和内容;然后,在全面分析新常态背景下我国经济发展新形势、新特征
以及XD集团的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司特征、产品特征等基础上,论证领导层创新能力提升的必要性;
并在此基础上运用AHP层次分析法对XD集团现有领导层的创新能力进行评价;最后,
根据评价结论给出提升XD集团领导层创新能力的对策建议

本文的主要观点:(1)通过对相关理论的梳理,本文认为应该从产品创新、工
艺创新、市场创新以及管理创新四个方面来分析企业领导层的创新能力,而且领导
层的创新能力和水平会通过领导层的自我提升以及影响其他参与者的自我提升影响
企业创新能力,最终也会体现在企业创新成果的各个方面。(2)本文认为新常态下
的互联网工业、中国智能制造、现代商业模式转型、国企改革等制度背景是要求XD
集团领导层创新能力提升的宏观因素;国有企业领导层管理能力要求、高端装备制
造业的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司标准以及电机产品的技术引领是要求XD集团领导层创新能力提升的微
观因素(。3)通过AHP层次分析评价,发现XD现有领导层总体创新能力指数为0.4274,
处于中等偏下水平,主要原因在于领导层的市场创新能力和管理创新能力过低,因
此,市场创新和管理创新能力提升是XD集团领导层创新能力提升的关键

Abstract
With the 30 years development after the reform and opening up, China&39;s economy
has maintained rapid development, most enterprises are growing up in the context of rapid
economic growth, and a lot of ways of thinking and behavior of enterprise leadership
characteristics are formed under this background. However, China&39;s economic
development has also been a new change. In the year of 2014, our General Secretary Xi
Jinping picked up a new concept at the central economic work conference on China&39;s
economy. He pointed out that China&39;s economic development is entering a new normal,
that is, the state of economic growth from the state of high speed. Under the background
of the new normal, the growth of the national economy has undergone a major adjustment,
many enterprises are facing new challenges and opportunities. The enterprise leadership,
how to adapt to the new changes in the economic development in the new normal
background, cultivating new management thinking, enhance the leadership ability of
innovation management, strengthen management innovation, to enhance the core
competitiveness of an enterprise, to maintain the healthy and stable development of
enterprises is very important, and it is also an important topic worthy of study.
In this paper, we study the innovation ability of XD group leadership under the
background of new normal. First, the construction of theoretical framework of leadership
innovation ability of enterprises in the relevant theoretical basis of comprehensive
understanding and combing, clear the research object and content; and then, in a
comprehensive analysis of the new normal in China under the background of economic
development in the new situation and new features and characteristics of XD group,
industry product characteristics on the basis of the necessary demonstrate leadership
innovation ability of ascension; and on the basis of applying AHP analysis method of XD
group&39;s existing leadership innovation ability evaluation; finally, according to the
evaluation results, suggestions are given to improve the leadership ability of XD group.
The main points of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the related theories, we
should analyze the enterprise leadership innovation ability from product innovation,
process innovation, market innovation and management innovation in four aspects, and
innovation ability and level of leadership leadership through self promotion and self
promotion effect of other participants influence of enterprise innovation ability, and
ultimately will be reflected in all aspects of enterprise&39;s innovation. (2) this paper arguesVI
that under the new normal Internet industry, Chinese intelligent manufacturing, modern
business model transformation, the reform of state-owned enterprises is the institutional
background of macro factors XD group leadership innovation to enhance the ability of
state-owned enterprises; leadership ability, high-end equipment manufacturing industry
standards and electrical products leading technology is the micro factors the XD group&39;s
Leadership Innovation capability. (3) the AHP level analysis and evaluation, found that the
existing XD leadership overall innovation ability index is 0.4274, at a moderate level, the
main reason is that the leadership of the market innovation and management innovation
ability is low, therefore, market innovation and management innovation is the key to
enhance the ability of XD group&39;s Leadership Innovation capability.
