摘要
粮食是人们生存的必需品，粮食产业是国民经济的基础产业，粮食安全问题
更是关乎到国家政治的稳定，国家的正常运转和其他产业的良性发展都需要粮食
产业的支持。在我国工业化进程不断加快以及国家大力扶持粮食产业的情况下，
目前从事粮食适度规模经营的种粮大户们已成为了现代农业生产经营的主体，因
此，种粮大户们生产经营活动的发展对于提高我国农产品的国际竞争力至关重
要，且在我国未来的农业经济发展过程中会起到越来越重要的作用。所以，在这
样的背景下，深入分析我国种粮大户们的生产经营问题就具有非常重要的现实意
义

本文运用管理学、经济学理论，借鉴已有相关文献的研究成果。通过对新安
镇的种粮大户们进行实地调研，通过问卷调查的方式来获得种粮大户们生产经营
的基本现状，从而研究新安镇种粮大户们的生产经营问题、粮食生产效益以及生
产经营的发展对策，从而提高种粮大户们的粮食生产经营的水平。一方面通过对
种粮大户们的基本状况和粮食生产效益的统计分析，得出新安镇种粮大户们的粮
食适度规模经营产生的种粮效益，再通过与新安镇的普通种粮农户们的种粮效益
进行比较，对比种粮大户们的规模效益，可见种粮大户们存在极高的粮食生产效
益。另外，通过统计描述和实地走访调研的研究方法，分析总结出种粮大户们在
扩大规模生产的过程中所遇到的问题及制约其发展的外在原因，提出如何完善种
粮大户们生产经营的相关对策。本文详细分析了种粮大户们存在的生产经营问题
和解决这些生产经营问题的相应对策，并对新安镇种粮大户们进行了全面深入的
系统性分析，从各个方面来剖析新安镇种粮大户们在生产经营过程中存在的优
势、劣势、机遇以及威胁，为我国的种粮大户们生产经营的发展未来提供了相应
的发展方向。通过上述研究，本文的基本结论是：第一，我国的种粮大户们的
粮食生产经营还存在很大的问题，不仅没完成全机械化种植，还缺乏先进的生产
经营管理经验，还处于现代化农业的初级发展阶段。第二，通过对新安镇种粮大
户们的详细分析，总结出种粮大户们普遍存在优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，只有充
分运用自身所具备的资源以及吸取先进的粮食生产经验才能走上现代化农业的
发展道路。第三，目前我国的种粮大户们还处于发展的初级阶段，普遍面临着诸
多问题，限制着我国种粮大户们的发展，在成本收益问题、农田基础建设问题、
融资需求问题、农业技术问题、土地承包经营权流转问题、农业风险问题和农业
机械化问题等方面都亟待解决

national economy, the issue of food security is related to the stability of national
politics, the normal operation of the country and the healthy development of other
industries need the support of the food industry. In the process of China&39;s
