对此,本文以 X 电子商务企业为具体研究对象,综合运用文献综述法、实证
调查法、归纳和演绎推理法、比较分析法等研究方法,通过剖析 X 电子商务企
业的组织架构、业务流程和成本控制现状,分析 X 电子商务企业成本控制存在
的问题及背后的深层次原因。在此基础上,本文进一步结合当前国内电子商务
企业成本控制的实践经验,从采购成本控制、销售成本控制、物流成本控制、
管理成本控制、技术成本控制和构建企业成本控制支持系统等六个方面,提出
完善 X 电子商务企业成本控制的具体策略,同时也力求为类似的小型电子商务
企业寻求降低成本、提高效益的共通途径,以在当前激烈竞争的微利时代取得
相对竞争优势

Investigation on the cost control strategy of X electronic
commerce enterprise
Abstract
In recent years, with the development and popularization of internet technology, a large
number of small and medium e-commerce enterprises have sprung up and grown rapidly. However,
many e-commerce businesses, especially small e-commerce enterprises have difficulties to make
profit, and some may even bankrupt. One important reason is that most enterprises usually only
pay attention to the development advantages of e-commerce, but easily
ignore the cost control.
In this regard, this dissertation will take X e-commerce enterprise as an example for
investigation. This dissertation will use the method of literature review, empirical investigation,
inductive and deductive reasoning method, comparative analysis, etc., to analyze the company&39;s
organizational structure, daily business process, cost structure and cost control situation. The
problems of the cost control of this enterprise will be identified and the reasons will be investigated
in depth. In order to solve the problem, this dissertation aims to study the cost control experience
of the current small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprise, and propose a strategy to improve
the cost control of X enterprise from the following 6 aspects: procurement cost, sale cost, logistic
cost, management cost, technology cost, and the cost of the support system. This research also aims
to seek common ways to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency for small e-commerce
enterprises companies, in order to obtain the relative competitive advantage in the fierce
competition in the era of meager profit.
