本文选取笔者工作的公司和从事的相关工作作为研究对象,综合运用文献研
究法、PEST 分析法、SWOT 分析法等多种研究方法对 L 家电公司的宏观环境以
及采购战略管理进行深入分析,针对 L 家电公司初次创建拥有较强实用性的采购
管理新模式,希望对能够为笔者的公司及欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司相关公司提供借鉴和思考,为我国
家电业推行采购管理体系改革具有一定的借鉴意义

ABSTRACT
With the development of the world&39;s economic globalization, human beings are
using the limited resources to operate economic globalism. In the global procurement
environment, how to effective purchasing management, is an important part of
corporate strategy. Purchasing management as the source of enterprise production and
operation target management, both for the improvement of product quality, reducing
inventory investment, bringing down the unit cost, coping with the ever-changing
market demand, and eventually setting up the core competitiveness of the enterprise
play an important role. The current Chinese economic system reform makes the
national economic sustained and rapid grow, our enterprise purchasing the raw
materials around the world is becoming more and more frequently, and gradually
developed into a main purchasing country of global factory production raw materials.
With the rapid development of the world economy, the mode of operation and
logistics underwent great changes, purchasing mode of foreign enterprise also
growing. New business model will drive China&39;s economic development becomes
an indisputable fact, the traditional enterprise reform has been an irresistible trend.
In the current competitive situation, the traditional enterprises wish to obtain core
competitiveness, we must change the current mode of purchasing management, gather
purchasing system, take the advantage of scientific and technological innovation,
information management, through large-scale purchasing, combined with strategic
supplier management, using material standardization, construct enterprise supply
chain purchasing strategy.
This article selects the writer&39;s working company and related work as the
research object, combining with the use of literature research method, PEST analysis
method, SWOT analysis method etc. to deeply analyze the L home appliance
company macro environment and purchasing strategic management. In view of L
appliance company first created new purchasing management mode has strong
practicability, hope it can provide reference and suggestions for the writer&39;s company
and related company, and provide a certain significance reference for our home
appliance company purchasing management system reform.
