PPP mode is a mode of cooperation of government and social capital cooperation, project

introduction of social capital. The introduction of PPP model in the field of education, can not
only improve the overall level of education, improve teaching quality, but also can improve
investment efficiency, improve project quality, is a good choice to invest in the construction of
education reform.
This paper takes B company as an example, analysis of the company PPP model of
internal resources and ability based on the understanding of the basic situation of B company
and PPP project development resources and ability, cultivate PPP model of competitiveness,
clear B company PPP model of project development feasibility based on the B company; PPP
model based on the analysis of the external environment, political environment, economic
environment, social environment, technological environment, industry environment and
competition situation, and then using the SWOT analysis model, B company faces recognition
based on PPP model&39;s advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the

strategy, B company rooted in Baise, for the whole of Guangxi, southwest of radiation, and
