公司的薪酬体系改进的理论依据和科学方法。本文对AC公司原有薪酬体系进行了分析,
主要包括薪酬构成、薪酬水平、薪酬制度和薪酬考核四个方面,并分析了研发人员、销售
人员和管理人员等关键岗位人员薪酬体系,找出AC公司原有薪酬体系中存在的问题。采
用要素计点法对岗位价值进行评估、划分岗位类别、增加职位晋升层级、引进宽带薪酬体
系、设计职位对应薪资等措施,解决原有薪酬体系内部缺乏公平性、外部缺乏竞争性等问
题。进一步完善AC公司员工薪酬体系,重点从薪酬结构、薪酬水平、薪级晋档考核、薪
酬奖励等方面改进研发、销售和管理等关键岗位人员薪酬结构。通过对比薪酬体系变革前
后的差异,阐述新的薪酬体系的优势效果。为保障薪酬改进方案的顺利实施,提出AC公
司需要做好保障措施

Withtheslowdownspeedofeconomicdevelopmentandthedroppinginvestmentgrowth
rateinourcountry,therapiddevelopmentwayoftraditionalsupporteconomywithlowcost,
highenergyconsumptionisdifficulttocontinue,whichisurgentforafurtherimplementation
ofthestrategictransformation.Intheprocessofindustrialtransformation,itisanimportant
researchtopicthathowtorealizethestrategicobjectivesbyimprovingthecompensation
system,mobilizingtheenthusiasmoftheemployeesanddefeatingthecompetitors.Thispaper
takesACcompanyasanexample,analyzingtheexistingproblemsofcompensationsystem
duringthetransformationtophoto-voltaicindustry,naturalgasindustryandenergy-saving
glassindustryafterit’sexitofCRTglassproduction,wheretheauthorfindthattheoriginal
compensationsystemisunabletomeettheneedsofthedevelopmentofenterprise
transformation.Therefore,it’surgenttoestablishanewcompensationsystemwhichcanmatch
