摘 要
数据在企业生产经营中起着至关重要的作用,数据是企业生产、经营、战略
等几乎所有的经营活动信息化的体现,数据能将企业经营中遇到的问题明确的反
映出来。对于企业管理者而言数据就如同潜艇上的声纳一样重要,没有数据支持
企业将难以生存。近年来,随着国家经济结构不断调整,金融改革的步伐不断深
化,银行通过存贷利差获得利润越来越少,银行面临着来自其他银行及新型金融
机构越来越激烈的竞争,银行为寻求进一步发展需要改变传统的经营理念,树立
以客户为中心的发展思想。在转变过程中,数据为王已经被越来越多的银行管理
人员所接受。数据在银行经营决策、客户营销、风险管理以及产品创新等方面起
到了极其重要的作用。银行通过数据分析提升了管理水平和产品创新能力,实现
了银行价值的进一步提升。银行数据应用的条件是数据的真实可靠,能够正确地
反映银行各项业务的实际情况。如何对银行数据进行有效的管理,确保数据的高
质量已经成为了银行管理者面临的一项新挑战

本文通过文献分析法和定性与定量分析相结合法,从数据质量管理与中小商
业银行外部监管与经营方面入手,详细研究分析 GZ 银行数据质量管理工作面临
的要求与现状。从数据质量管理框架、制度建设、数据标准、系统、队伍建设、
培训和激励体系等方面分析了 GZ 银行在数据质量管理中存在的问题。本文针对
这些问题为进一步提高数据质量管理工作水平,提出了相应的解决办法。本文除
了在组织、制度、系统等方面的数据质量提升措施外;针对中小商业银行资本较
弱,管理和科技开发能力不足的特点,突出以人为本的理念,提出通过加强人才
建设。建立系统化的培训体系和激发员工数据质量管理观念等提升数据质量管理
的实施方案,具有一定的实际操作意义

Abstract
Data is the informational reflection of almost all business activities like
production, management, strategy, and plays critical role in production and operation.
Like sonar for submarine, data is important for business managers. The enterprise will
be difficult to survive without data support. In recent years, as the countrys economic
structure adjusting, the pace of financial reform deepening, the deposit and loan
spreads obtained profit more and less, banks face a more and more intense competition
stress from other banks and the new financial institution, banks need to change the
traditional business philosophy to seek further development and establish the customer
first thought as the center of development. In the conversion process, the data-first
theory has been accepted by more and more bank managers. Data has played an
extremely important role in banking business decisions, customer marketing, risk
management and product innovations. Through the analysis of the data bank can
enhance the management level and the ability of production innovation, realize the
value of the bank to further enhance. The data accuracy and reliability is the premise of
bank data application, and can reflect the actual situation of the business. The way to
effectively manage the data and guarantee the high quality of data has become a new
challenge for bank managers.
In this thesis, through the literature analysis method and qualitative and
quantitative combination method, I’ll make a detailed analyze of the demand and status
in data quality management of GZ bank from the aspects of data quality management
and the external supervision and management of small-medium sized commercial
banks, and figure out the problem of GZ bank in data quality management in the data
quality management framework, system construction, data standards, system, team
building, training and incentive system and so on. Aiming at these problems, this thesis
puts forward the corresponding solutions to improve the level of data quality
management. Beside the improvement measures in terms of organization, system,
system data quality, for peculiarity of weak capital, lack of management and
technology development capability for the small-medium sized commercial banks, this
thesis highlight the people-oriented concept proposed by strengthening the
construction of talent, Organize systematic training and motivate staff data quality
management concept to improve the implementation of data quality management
program, has a certain practical significance.
