(within a ten minutes by walk) KEY OBJECTIVES The principle objectives guiding the overall landscape design approach include; Establish strong visual links between the periphery landscape and the retail plazas. Establish a unique contemporary landscape environment, which relates to context of the development. Establish a consistent quality and character throughout the overall development, while identifying a unique character to enhance a sense of place. Introducing a clear hierarchy of open space: delineating areas of public, semi-public and semi-private use. “Organic Orthogonal” The landscape concept is inspired by the structural qualities of the architectural geometry. This approach establishes a strong relationship between the expression of the architecture and the landscape language.
