摘要

伴随中国经济的高速增长,中国已成为世界第二大经济体,我国的富裕人群

也随之快速增长,其财富管理需求日益旺盛,目前财富管理市场潜力巨大。另一

方面随着金融市场改革的深化,银欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的全面开放,利率市场化的不断深入,以

高端客户为服务对象,以财富管理为核心的私人银欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务已成为各商业银行关注

的焦点。面对有百年历史的外资银行、国内各家银行及非银行金融机构的竞争,A

银行的私人银欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务起步较晚,目前尚不具有竞争优势,业务发展不佳。针对当

前的情况,A银行应当分析存在的问题,研宄自身发展的策略,以求在竞争中获

取先机。

本文采用了文献研究、对比研宄、案例研宄等研宄方法,首先对私人银行的

相关理论进行概述,以便作为后续研宄的理论依据。之后阐述了私人银行的定义、

起源和发展,总结了私人银欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务的特点,重点研宄了瑞银、花旗等银行的私人

银欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务状况,提出了值得A银行借鉴的经验。随后,本文分析了 A银行私人银

欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务现状,分析了当前的内外部环境,找出了其私人银欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务所面临的主要机

会、威胁、优势、劣势。在此基础上,针对A银行自身的实际情况指出了当前A

银行私人银欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司务发展不利的问题所在,并制定了相应的解决办法。文章最后对A

A PRIVATE BANK BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH

ABSTRACT

With the rapid growth of China's economy, China has become the world's second

largest economy, China's affluent population also will be rapid growth in its wealth

management increasing demand,the current wealth management market has great

potential. On the other hand with the deepening of financial market reform, the full

liberalization of the banking sector,the deepening of the interest rate market, high-end

customer service for clients, wealth management as the core of the private banking

business has become the focus of attention of the commercial banks. Faced with the

century-old competition of foreign banks, domestic banks and non-bank financial

institutions,private banking Bank A late start,it is not a competitive advantage, poor

business development. For the current situation, A bank should analyze the problems of

their own development strategy research,in order to get a head start in the competition.

In this paper,a literature research, comparative studies,case studies and other

research methods, the first of the relevant overview of the theory of private banks, as Ae

theoretical basis for subsequent research. After elaborated definition,origin and

development of the private banks, summarizes the characteristics of the private banking

business, focusing on the private banking business conditions,UBS ’ Citigroup and other

banks, Bank A proposed worth learning experience. On this basis,the paper analyzes

the status quo A private banking business, analysis of the current internal and external

environment, identify the major opportunities for its private banking business facing

threats, strengths, weaknesses. On this basis,for the A bank's own actual situation points

out the current A-banking private banking adverse development problems, and develop

the appropriate solutions. Finally, A-banking private banking business were discussed.

Results of this paper is to: lessons combined with practical,try to find a suitable

development path A bank,a reference value for the bank's private banking business

development.
