述。随后文章就中东施工现状进行分析,接着对现场施工管理运行模式和框架进行研究

和分析,最后结合中东地区现场施工作业实际,论述了现场施工作业管理的运行情况,

并总结出了适合现场施工管理的一些方法措施。本文的目的在于通过对中东地区石油合

Abstract

The petroleum well drilling construction is the most important crucial step in the

petroleum well drilling project cooperation. Those such as the quality of well drilling

construction, security,the drilling team and operational abilities, the field management level

and the relational management inside the coordination and so on, are relating the project

construction progress and affect the future petroleum cooperation development. Pays special

attention to the progress of the construction of the supervisory work, Ensured drilling

construction safety and following working operational procedure and running safety。The well

drilling constructing management becomes more and more important and becomes the

focusing of the international petroleum company.

The article firstly aimed at present Mideast petroleum cooperation environment

characteristic to make detailed elaboration, has analyzed influence of petroleum cooperation

project construction factors such as political economic society cultural market, then has

introduced the condition of the well drilling project cooperation construction. Secondly based

on the present situation of Middle East, the article has conducted the research and the analysis

on the well drilling field construction management operational pattern and frame,and then

studied operational condition of the field drilling construction management. Finally according

to the drilling construction of Mideast Area, elaborated the field construction management

operational situation, and then summarized some method to suit the field construction

management.

By researching the Mideast petroleum cooperation well drilling project construction

management, this article has stimulated Chinese Petroleum Company to go out for the market,

and clearly understood the situation and its goal. It will promote more and more Chinese

Company came to Middle East for searching well drilling market, enhance construction

management and display our advantage and technical personnel ability, and give the well
