云计算的概念越来越流行,通信运营商既是云计算网络通道的提供者,也是数

据中心云计算的使用者,在此背景之下,研究云计算技术及其对于运营商的价值创

新现实意义重大。

本论文研究内容以云计算的技术介绍入手,概述了国内外相关的研究情况,重

点是通过某省运营商的数据中心云计算改造实例过程的描述,梳理出云化改造后对

公司管理,内部流程及收益等方面产生的影响,并由此分析得出云计算技术为运营

商在业务支撑中的创新价值。

在研究思路上具体以营运商的应用为研究对象,主要采用理论联系实际、定性

与定量相结合、逻辑路径价值分析等方法,侧重于具体的实际工作梳理及分析,跟

踪了某省一个数据中心云化为时5年的四期工程,从云计算特点到运营商收益再到

创新价值维度为路径进行分析,最后得出结论。

本文的研究结论主要有以下三点,首先,云计算技术是运营商解决存在问题的

有效手段;其次,运营商从云化改造中得到了 9大具体收益并可归纳为3条价值创

新;最后,云计算的出现,将促进运营商把自身传统优势的移动通信服务和先进的

互联网技术结合起来开拓新型服务,带来转型的重要契机。

ABSTRACT

As the concept of cloud computing becoming more and more popular,

Telecommunication Carrier are both network channel provider and data center user of

cloud computing. In this context, to study on cloud computing technology and its value

innovation to Telecommunication Carrier is of great practical significance.

This thesis proceeds with the introduction of cloud computing technology,

summarizing the relative researches both home and abroad. It emphasizes on the

description of the example of a cloud computing reconstructing process of the telecom

operator in a province. By teasing out the influences that cloud reconstruction exerts on

company management, internal process, revenue and other aspects, this thesis analyses

out the innovative value that cloud computing technology adds to the business support

of Telecommunication Carrier.

In terms of research approaches,this thesis takes Telecommunication Carrier5

application as research object and emphasizes on the teasing and analyzing of specific

practical work,using approaches such as integrating theory with practice, combining

qualitative and quantitative analyses, analyzing logic path value and so on. It tracks on

a cloud reconstruction project of a data center that lasted for five years and four stages

in a province, analyzing from the characteristics of cloud computing and operator's

revenue to the dimension of innovation values,which finally leads to the conclusion.

The conclusion of this thesis mainly includes the following three points: firstly,

cloud computing technology is an effective measure for Telecommunication Carrier to

solve existing problems; secondly, by cloud reconstruction,Telecommunication Carrier

get 9 particular benefits which can be summarized as 3 innovation values; finally,the

appearance of cloud computing will encourage Telecommunication Carrier to open up

new service by combining mobile communication services as traditional advantage and

advanced Internet technology,which is an important opportunity for a transition.
