在这种环境下,对于东北大药房来说,围绕着如何保生存,如何加大发展步伐,
一场轰轰烈烈的企业组织变革势在必行。而如何进行企业组织变革,夺得市场先
机,是东北大药房面临的一个重要研究课题。

本文以公司治理理论和战略管理理论为基础,研究东北大药房的组织变革问
题。论文论证了东北大药房组织变革的必要性、基本途径和方法,提出了东北大
药房组织变革的具体方案设计,给出了组织变革的实施措施。论文力图使东北大
药房通过组织结构变革,全面提升企业的竞争力。

文章首先介绍了与企业组织及公司治理相关的基本理论。其次,利用SWOT
分析法对东北大药房进行战略定位,以确立其组织结构变革的方向。通过对东北
大药房现有组织结构缺点以及对公司发展影响的分析,强调目前东北大药房组织
结构变革的紧迫性。在进行东北大药房组织结构变革设计的部分,提出东北大药
房与其母公司供销公司组织结构分割,是东北大药房内部组织结构变革的前提和
基础。再结合本人在医药零售欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司多年的从业经验,设计出能够支撑东北大药房
下一步发展战略的组织结构。再完美的理论,不经历实践的洗礼,就不可能开出
美丽的花朵。基于此,在东北大药房组织结构变革实施部分,模拟实操,确定了
实施的方向、方法和具体内容。最后,得出了本文的结论,进而提出对未来的展
望。

Abstract
The research on the organizational structure
reform of Northeast Pharmacy Chain
Abstract
A new market structure of Pharmaceutical retail begin to establish after the
Introduction of New Medical Reform Policy of China. The future develop direction of
the field of medicine retailing is that realize industry upgrading and improving the
industry concentration. In this environment, Northeast Pharmacy Chain must reform
the organizational structure in order to solve it's survival and development issues. It is
a important project, Northeast Pharmacy Chain must to facing that how to get the
advantage and reform it's organizational structure.
In this thesis,taking the organizational structure reform of Northeast Pharmacy
Chain as an example,through the research, we will figure out the necessity and
method of reform the organizational structure of Northeast Pharmacy Chain. Then it
may enhance competitiveness and successfully reform the organizational structure of
Northeast Pharmacy Chain.
The thesis is composed of six chapters.
The first and second chapter is mainly about enterprise organization theory and
Corporate Governance theory.
Chapter three is about the strategy of Northeast Pharmacy Chain and the necessity
of reform the organizational structure of Northeast Pharmacy Chain.
Chapter four and five is mainly about design and reform the organizational
structure of Northeast Pharmacy Chain.
The last chapter is about some conclusion and expectation to the research on the
organizational structure reform of Northeast Pharmacy Chain.
