其他四大商业银行绩效考核管理经验与其对比,找出中国农业银行辽宁省分行绩效考核
体系存在问题,从而分析解决对策,并为使现有考核体系设计出——《机关部室绩效考
核办法》。

Abstract
Our country from planned economy to market economy,especially since reforming and
opening,the financial system produced tremendous change,especially after joining the world
trade organization,there are a lot of forei明 banks in China to set up branches,its advanced
management concept and flexible operatiraal mechanism5make domestic commercial banks
face the challenge.A good bank is on the people to run the business,personnel ability is strong
prop up,in the face of domestic excellent management talent loss,the establishment of an
effective incentive mechanism is the strong domestic commercial banks is essential,while
performance management is the mechanism of the foundation.
The Agricultural Bank of China Linuted by Share Ltd,Liaoning Province branch of the
existing performance appraisal system as guidance,reference to domestic other big four
commercial banks performance managen^nt experience and contrast^find out the existing
problems of Liaoning agricultural bank performance evaluation system,so as to analyze the
solution coxmtermeasure5and to make the existing evaluation system integrity and
comprehensive design-organ performance assessment methods;
