摘 要
近年我国汽车4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展很快,汽车销售量逐年增长,但随着市场和消费群体逐
渐成熟,4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司已进入稳步发展时代,取代原先欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司暴利特征,集团化发展趋势成为
新的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展特点。涌现出的大型汽车经销商集团汽车销售量和利润贡献度在整个欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
比重逐年增大。
各种品牌4S店数量的激增,使得我国新车销售市场的竞争十分激烈,新车销售的
毛利率自2012年己经平均下浮至10%以内,于此同时,汽车维修业务与零配件销售业
务毛利贡献率却占据了汽车4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司整体利润的50%以上。由此可见,维修和配件业务
在4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司地位突出,控制好售后利润就能在欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争中占据优势,售后业务最主要的
就是配件业务,配件管理是4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司管理中的重中之重。因此优化4S店的配件管理,
降低库存成本,对提高整个汽车4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司利润有很大的积极作用。
对零部件库存量进行有效的控制并且最大程度的满足客户需求是每个4S店不可避
免的问题。配件库存问题一直是4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司管理方面的短板,4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司配件库存具有厂家硬
性摊派、品种多、更新快、死库存等特点,使经销商库存资金压力很大,在现金为王的
时代,怎样合理控制库存,最大限度降低资金成本是经销商首要解决的问题。因此合理
控制4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司库存管理,降低成本,对提升整体经营效益有重要意义。
针对4S欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的零配件库存管理问题,不少学者提出过有建设性的理论,譬如基于
传统理论的ABC库存分类法,近代发展的供应链库存理论,横向补货策略,供应链的
联合库存管理方法等,但是主要是针对单体4S店库存管理或者针对配件供应商的库存
管理进行研究,对于如何管控大型汽车经销商集团的零配件库存,涉及较少。本文针对
汽车经销商集团这类特定库存特点,结合传统和现代库存管理理论,从物料分类、采购
订单的产生方法和已有库存的灵活协调三方面进行研究,以ZS集团为研究对象,进一
步研究ABC库存管理理论,DSI动态库存管理策略和横向补货策略的应用。

Study on Parts Inventory Problem for ZS Auto 4S Group Shops
Abstract
In recent years,our country automobile 4 s industry development soon, the car sales
volume increased year by year, but as the market gradually mature and consumer groups, the
4S industry has entered the era of steady development,replace the original characteristics of
industry profits, collectivization development trend become the new industry development
characteristics. Emergence of a large car dealer group sales and profit contribution proportion
in the whole industry increases year by year.
The sharp increase in all kinds of brand 4S shops,making new car sales in China market
is very competitive, new car sales gross profit margin, since 2012,the average down to less
than 10%, at the same time, car repairs and spare parts sales business gross margin
contribution, which occupies the automobile 4S industry as a whole more than 50% of the
profits. Thus, maintenance and accessories business in 4 s prominent industry status, control
good after-sales profit can be an advantage in the industry competition, after-sales business is
the main accessories business, spare parts management is the most important thing 4S
industry management. Therefore optimizing the 4S shop fittings within the group
management, reduce the inventory cost, to improve the whole automobile 4S has a lot to the
positive role of industry profits.
For effective control of spare parts inventory and the maximum to meet customer
demand is inevitable problems each 4S shop. Parts inventory problem has always been a 4S
business management, 4S industry spare parts inventory with many varieties, updated quickly,
dead stock more than wait for a characteristic,make the dealer group inventory pressure is
very big, in the time of the cash is king, how reasonable control inventory, minimize the cost
of capital is the dealer's priorities. So reasonable control 4S industry inventory management,
reduce costs, to improve overall operating efficiency has important significance.
Spare parts inventory management problems in 4S industry,many scholars put forward a
constructive theory, such as ABC inventory classification, based on the theory of the
traditional supply chain inventory theory, the development of modern horizontal
replenishment strategy, the combination of supply chain inventory management method, etc,
but mainly for monomer 4S shops or 4S shops and suppliers association studies, on how to
control large car dealer group spare parts inventory, less involved. In this paper, according to
the characteristics of the car dealership group, this kind of specific inventory, combining
