随着越来越多的培训机构进入个性化教育领域,个性化教育市场竞争也越来
越激烈,为使教学机构在市场竞争中始终跑在前列,研究如何提升本教学机构的
核心竞争力已成为管理者的工作重心。经过对A个性化教育机构现状分析,可以
看出,质量已成为企业核心竞争力的根本。从质量着手,进行有关竞争力研究,
根据企业目前的发展状态,对决定企业竞争力的本质问题和核心问题,即质量进
行深入探讨,使本次研究更有意义。
那么直接影晌教学机构质量的因素主要在于分公司经理战略决策质量、市场、
咨询、教学、学管总监监督质量、各部门之间和各部门内部的团结协作质量、校
区总监工作质量、校区各部门具体工作及各部门的之间的相互配合质量、团队建
设质量。并就以上几个方面所涉及到的人作为重点,分别研究提升其工作质量的
根本方法,并指出执行过程中应注意的问题。论文主要从三个方面展开:管理质
量、教学质量和团队建设三个方面来展开。

Abstract
Mth more and more Training Centers thrusting into 狂 new field ‘ personalized
education,the competition among these Centers is inevitable, nowadays it's too
obvious to pay attention to it for all Training Centers, including A Personalized
Education Group- a typical personalized education institute .Thinking how to be the
first forever and the way to improve our core competence becomes one of our
focuses After analyzing the present situation of the typical personalized education
company,we draw the conclusion that quality has become the most important factors
among others .although the theories about quality have not been carried out,we
decided the study of quality and core competence is more practicable according to the
present situation of our company. Focusing on the quality and core competence make
our study be more instructive.
The direct factors having an impact on Training Center Institute are as followings :
the quality of manager's strategy、the quality of supervisors' work (including
Marketing Supervisor, Consulting Supervisor,Teaching Supervisor,Head teacher
Supervisor )、the quality of cooperation among different departments、the quality of
CEO of specific Learning Centers、the quality of cooperation among different
departments in specific Learning Centers、the quality of team building .Then we'll study
the persons responsible and the methods to improve themselves and their work .At
the same time,we,11 figure out the problems that we must take notice of so as to check
we can do a perfect job .The essay is consist of three parts : the quality of management、
the quality of teaching、the building of team .
