摘 要

随着全球经济一体化的进程近一步加快,黑龙江有色金属地质勘查研究

总院这样的地勘类事业单位,已经充分认识到人力资源管理对单位的生存和

发展必将起到不可估量的决定性作用。

基于此背景之下,本文对黑龙江有色金属地质勘查研究总院人力资源管

理进行分析和研究。主要包括以下几个方面:首先,阐述本文选题的背景与

意义,介绍相关理论以及本文的主要内容和逻辑框架;其次,对黑龙江有色

金属地质勘查研究总院的人力资源现状进行分析,并找出其存在的主要问题;

然后,介绍和剖析总院人力资源管理发展目标及其主要任务。最后,详细论

述完善黑龙江有色金属地质勘查研究总院人力资源管理的具体策略与措施。

并给出本文结论。

通过以上分析,本文认为欲使黑龙江有色金属地质勘查研究总院人力资

源管理能够更好的发展,应该完善岗位管理,优化人员招聘工作,推进职业

化队伍建设,调整职工培训方案,改进绩效考核措施,达成有效的激励机制。

Abstract

With further speed up the process of global economic integration, the

non-ferrous metals geological exploration research institute of Heilongjiang

province geological exploration units, has fully realized that the survival and

development of human resources for the unit will play an immeasurable decisive

role.

Based on this background, this paper Heilongjiang non-ferrous metals

geological exploration research institute, the author analyzes and researches on

human resource management. Mainly includes the following aspects: first,

elaborated the paper selected topic background and significance, introduces the

relevant theories and the main content of this article and the logi cal framework;

Second, the geological exploration research institute of nonferrous metals in

Heilongjiang province, analyzing the present situation and problems of human

resources and find out its main problems; Then, introduce and analyze the

institute of human resource management development target and its main task.

Finally, a detailed discussion on perfecting the Heilongjiang non-ferrous metals

geological exploration research institute concrete strategies and measures of

human resource management. And in this paper, the conclusion is given.

Through the above analysis, this paper argues that to make the Heilongjiang

non-ferrous metals geological exploration research institute of human resource

management can better development, should improve the post management,

optimize the recruitment work, promoting the construction of professional team,

adjust the worker training programs, improve performance evaluation measures,

to achieve effective incentive mechanism.
