先期产品质量策划 (简称 APQP)是美国汽车工业协会开发的新产品开发
的流程。它是一种结构化的方法、用来制订质量计划、组织所有职能部门互
相协助共同推进、体现产品及工程开发程序、早期消除产品的潜在危险及问
题点,最终确保满足客户的需求,它同时被录入 ISO/TS16949 质量体系中,
是所有汽车欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司从业者应当遵守的流程。
笔者从国内外新产品开发流程及质量策划的研究现状的研究出发,突出
了项目前期策划重要性,其次通过比较分析 MD 公司客户的 APQP 流程,总
结出在新产品开发过程中 APQP 应用时注意事项。另外笔者还利用实证举例
的方法,详细介绍了 MD 公司 APQP 流程在新项目开发过程中的应用。即从
策划定义项目到产品的设计开发及验证,工程的开发验证及最终的产品有效
性验证。分析出 MD 公司 APQP 流程在实际应用中出现的问题点并最终提出
改善方案得出优化后的流程,并对优化后的流程的改善效果进行分析验证。
通过笔者的分析,希望能够帮助本公司改善 APQP 流程的同时能够为业界其
他公司在新项目开发过程中提供借鉴经验。

Abstract
In recent years, the global automotive industry is highly competitive. In
order to occupy a potent position in the marketing competition, lots of original
equipment manufacturers continue effects to launch new models to attract the
attention of customers. Product development cycle is shorter than before. And
many businesses are focus on how to maximize the effective force to coordinate
the various functional departments within the limited development time, reduce
development risk, improve product quality and realize new product development
as scheduled. An integrated new product development and quality planning
process can help us do a more efficient development.
Advanced Production Quality Planning(short for APQP), originally it was a
kind of configuration developing method which was provided to vendor of
American Automotive Industry Action Group(AIAG) for vendor develop new
production. It is used to define quality plan and organize all of the function teams
to assist each other to join in new program development. Reflect product and
process development process, eliminate the potential risks and proble ms in the
early time and ultimately ensure that it meets customers’ requirement. APQP is
also defined into ISO/TS16949 quality system which should be abided by all the
members of automotive industry.
The author studies domestic and international new product development
process and quality planning. Highlighting APQP application notes. Meanwhile,
by using the method of giving examples, the author introduces MD APQP
process application on new program development in detail and how to define the
program from planning to product design, development and validation, process
development and final product effectiveness validation. Also analysis MD APQP
process application problems and propose corrective action plan. Point out an
optimized process and do an effectiveness validation at same time. By the author
's analysis, hoping to improve MD APQP process while provide a reference on
new program development for the other companies.
