摘要
沟域经济是指集生态环境治理、新农村建设、养殖业、种植业、旅游业为一
体综合提升现代农业可持续发展的新思路，是农村结构调整、发展休闲度假观光
农业的新模式，是统筹农村生产要素、发挥市场和政府双重作用的新机制，是改
善农村生态环境、推进新农村建设、实现城乡一体化的新抓手。宽甸县毗邻朝鲜，
有较大小河流 548 条，各类景区景点 20 余个，森林覆盖率 80%，生态环境优良，
地域产业独特，乡镇沟域资源丰富，人文历史浓厚、区位优势和比较优势十分明
显，发展宽甸县沟域经济是必然选择，具有特别重要意义。一是通过发展沟域经
济提升农村农业发展水平。引领产业结构调整，摆脱宽甸乡村以往靠山吃山、发
展层次浅、市场空白点的现状，提升乡村生产力，实现青山绿水生态化和农民增
收的有效结合。二是促进乡镇产业发展方式转变。发展宽甸沟域经济可以把绿色、
人文、生态等理念引入农村进行综合开发和利用，促进农村从原有的单一型发展
向生态综合型发展、由后发优势向现实优势、由产业无序化发展向人本化发展的
完美转变。三是可以改善农村民生。通过发展乡村沟域经济，使居住在当地农民
切身的感受到沟域经济带来的生态环境、特色产业、经济发展、以及相关基础设
施升级和民居等一系列成果，使新农村的面貌得以新的展现，增加农村人口及外
出务工人员重新回归，增加农民收入，提高当地生产生活水平。

在宽甸经济发展的过程中，把农村沟域内里的优势资源、特色产业进行整合
配置，使生态农业和旅游业有效结合，将丰富的物产资源变成旅游消费品，使沟
域走上一条合理规划发展的道路，对宽甸县域经济的发展将起到极大的促进作用。

本论文将从宽甸县沟域经济发展的现状及存在的问题、宽甸县发展沟域经济
的规划和意义、宽甸县发展沟域经济的模式和对策三大方面十小点系统地阐述笔
者对宽甸沟域经济发展的研究，旨在提出适合的对策促进县域经济进一步发展。
