摘要
随着全球经济一体化和市场经济的深入发展,我国中小企业面临来自各方的
压力与挑战。特别云南作为我国中西部经济欠发达省份,尽管近年来中小企业得
到迅速发展,综合实力得以很大提升,但与东部发达省份相比,仍然处于低水平
的资本积累初级阶段,尚未摆脱资金、技术、人才等瓶颈因素制约,发展的数量
和质量都与东部地区存在较大差距。
据统计,截止2010年底,云南省地区生产总值为(GDP) 7220亿元,中小
企业近130万户,实现产值2931.4亿元,上缴税收369.4亿元,占全省GDP的
比重40.6%;而同期浙江省地区生产总值(GDP)27100亿元,中小企业总数达270多
万家,实现总产值25336亿元,利税总额2848亿元,占全省工业总量的84.1%。
由此可见,云南中小企业的发展规模偏小、经济实力还较弱,经济效益不显著。
目前,有关云南省中小企业产业提升和核心竞争力建设的研究大多着眼于宏观的、
理论性分析,计对云南中小企业产业分布和地域特点,从企业管理微观层面核心
竞争力研拜并不多见。
由于云南地处中国西南边陲,受交通、资金、人才、产业链布局等的影响,
中小企业的制造业所占比重偏低、实业化程度不高,相当数量的中小企业是以代
理、贸易及服务为主的经营模式,且发展水平普遍不高。昆明NJ公司作为我国
云南省内的中小型贸易企业,在愈来愈激烈的市场竞争中如何正确定位自身战略
发展规划,如何在复杂的环境中生存和发展如何发挥自己在市场竞争中的独特
优势并有效避免自身劣势和不足是昆明公司面临的一系列重大课题。
昆明NJ公司所处的仪器仪表欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司是以贸易服务为主营模式的特征以及经营
管理现状在云南中小企业中具有一定代表性和典型性,因此,昆明NJ公司核心
竞争能力也研究具有重要的现实意义。
本文首先企业核心竞争力的理论研究出发,采用理论与实证、定性与定量等
分析方法,通过借鉴国内外企业战略管理、核心竞争力等理论的研究成果,研究
了昆明NJ公司所处的内外部环境、核心竞争力的评价体系的构建、核心竞争力
的评估及结论并系统提出了昆明NJ公司核心竞争能力的培育方法。

Abstract
With the further development of the integration of global economy and the
market economy,small and medium-sized enterprises of our country face the pressure
and challenges from all sides. Especially Yunnan as China's less developed provinces
in the Midwest economy, although in recent years, the small and medium-sized
enterprise has obtained the rapid development, comprehensive strength has been
greatly improved, but compared with the developed eastern provinces, remains at a
low level of capital accumulation stage, not yet out of capital,technology, talent
bottleneck factors, both quantity and quality are greatly the gap with the eastern
region.
By the end of 2010,Yunnan Province GDP ( GDP ) 7220 hundred million yuan,
nearly 1300000 households in small and medium-sized enterprises, realize output
value of 293140000000 yuan, taxes 36940000000 yuan, and the proportion of GDP
40.6%; over the same period,Zhejiang Province GDP ( GDP ) 27100 hundred million
yuan,the total number of small and medium-sized enterprises reached more than 270,
the total output value 25336 hundred million yuan, total profit and tax of 2848
hundred million yuan, accounting for the province's total of 84.1% industry. Therefore,
the scale of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan is small,
economic strength is still weak, economic benefits is not obvious. At present, research
on small and medium enterprises of Yunnan province industry to enhance the core
competitiveness of construction and the mostly focus on the macro theory analysis, in
view of the Yunnan small and medium-sized enterprises industry distribution and
regional features,from the research on the core competence of the micro-level
enterprises management does not see more.
Yunnan is located in the southwest of China, is affected by traffic,capital, talent,
the layout of the industrial chain of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, the
low proportion, industrial level is not high,a considerable number of small and
