治区,乃至在全世界范围内都有不小的知名度,但原有传统国有体制下的粗放式管理

的经营理念和方式使企业在经营管理、财务管理、人力资源管理等方面仍存在不足之

处。本研究通过对宏观环境、主要竞争对手、企业内部资源的全面分析,对其进行了

以精细化管理为依托的未来战略规划,为该企业未来发展提供参考。

Elaborating Management Discussion about G Company

Abstract

Raditional state-owned system makes the enterprises still exist deficiencies in operation,

financial and human resources management .This research is aimed at elaborating manage

ment strategic planning for tiie future based on the refined management through compreh

ensive analysis of the macro environment, the main competitor and the internal resources

of emprises. This paper summarizes the main problems of the landscaping enterprises in ou

r country, at present stage on the basis of case study combined with the characteristics of la

ndscaping industry and the stage of development which lies.
