如今的市场竞争日益激烈，企业的销售模式也在从传统的“以产代销”转化为现代
的“以销代产”，那些没有能够把握市场环境及消费者需求的企业将面临很大的挑战。

企业若要提升自己的竞争力和可持续发展能力，就要有一套适合企业自身发展的管理
方式，来适应当今多样化要求的用户，以及融入瞬息万变的市场环境。企业要生存壮
大，首先他的产品要让客户接受，也就是企业要先拿到客户的订单，从目前制造业的
发展情况来看，项目管理的出现使得制造企业有了快速而有效的发展。本文将通过对
制造企业生产管理和项目管理的基本理论进行研究，进而对项目管理技术在订单式制
造企业中的应用加以研究分析，并且对项目管理在制造企业中的应用模式进行分析。

通过运用成熟的项目管理理念、体系、流程以及方法对国内制造企业进行管理模式的
优化，改变传统的制造企业管理模式，提升我国制造业的竞争力以及可持续发展能力。

文章主要基于以下几点考虑：首先明确研究的基础, 分析制造企业运作管理模式
以及项目管理相关理论规范。其次, 通过调查研究 A 公司在项目管理应用方面存在的
问题，这也是本文进行探讨的事实基础，从而使项目管理在订单式企业中的改进措施
有了坚实的现实基础,在此基础上提出了适合架构本企业项目管理团队以及流程的基
本理论模型。最后,本文在尝试解决 A 公司项目管理基本问题的基础上, 研究分析了
项目管理的思想和方法来对其有效的管理，可以利用整体管理的概念，通过整体协调
和管理，加强沟通，明确责任，能够有效控制整个项目的时间、成本、质量和风险。

Abstract
With the tough market competition，the sales mode has become from “manufacture to
sale” to “make to order”. The companies which could not perfectly match the needs of
the market are facing big challenges. The companies have to develop one suitable
management way to improve the competitiveness and ability of continuous development of
the company. In order to grow to strong companies, first of all, their products should be
accepted by the customer, which means they should get as many orders as possible from
the customer. The project management method helps the manufacturing companies
develop fast and effectively. At first, this article analyzes the theory of manufacture
management and project management．Then it analyzes the feasibility and application
mode of project management in manufacturing company. The project management theory,
system, work flow and method are used for the manufacturing companies to optimize the
management skill. It also helps them increase the competitiveness and abilities of
continues development.
This article is written with following steps: firstly, it defines and analyzes the
common management method and project management theory. Then base on the
description of current management situation in A company, it provides some improvement
suggestions on project management. Also it suggests the suitable project management
structure and work flow. Finally, base on the above suggestions and more project
management skills, it proves effectiveness of project management used in A company. The
project management skills help company control project timing, cost, quality and risk.
