本文首先介绍了研究的背景、采用的方法、国内外相关研究的现状及质量管理体
系和实验室质量管理体系的相关概念的基础理论，然后，基于质量管理的基本理论，
结合个人在企业质量管理工作中积累的实践认识，选择对 N 公司质量管理体系建立
和运行情况进行研究，通过调研目前 N 公司实验室现状，针对其质量管理中存在的
问题作了全面分析，提出了针对性的改进对策并组织实施，以期达到全面提升实验室
总体质量水平，提高实验室在欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内的知名度以及市场竞争力的效果。本文采用了适
当的方式对改进的效果进行了验证。同时也希望本论文的有关内容对同欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的其他企
业的质量改进活动有所帮助。

Abstract
We first introduced the research background、research method、domestic and overseas
relative research；the basic principle is also introduced about the quality management
system and the LAB quality management system. Based on the basic theory of quality
management, combined with practical understanding of quality management in the
enterprise individuals accumulated, the choice of the company's quality management
system N establishment and operation of research, the current status of N companies
through research laboratories exist for its quality management the question made a
comprehensive analysis of the targeted improvement measures put forward in order to
achieve the level to enhance the overall quality of the laboratory, the laboratory in the
industry to improve the visibility and market competitiveness effects. We also used the
appropriate way the check the affection. Also hope that the contents of this paper to
improve the quality of the activities of other companies in the same industry helpful.
