Quality Control of Continuous producing Enterprises
—Using MN Company As a Case
Abstract
The competition of current market is focused on product brand and quality to replace
quantity and price, the continuous development during long-term of one company is
constricted with many aspects: such as technology innovated continuously, the research
and development of new products and after-sale service of the products. Anyhow those
aspects are related with the product quality itself tightly. As a result the company won’t be
developed and strengthen in the future by the lack of the competition of the products.
MN is one of the joint-venture producing enterprises. The product will be processed
from the raw material to final product via several manufacturing procedures. The quality of
the product of one manufacturing procedure is effective foundation of the next
manufacturing procedure, all linked with one another. As long as the product is not good or
it is out of the specification of whichever manufacturing procedure, the quality of final
product will be affected with different degrees, take for an example the product will be B
or C quality or even it will be a waster product. This article will be invested and analyzed
by the current quality problems within MN enterprise, and find out the root cause during
the production process, after that analyzing the relevant aspects caused those problems,
investigate the countermeasure and method of the problems with the help of quality tools
of total quality management and Six Sigma of product quality management models and so
on. Do our best to improve the product quality entirely and systematically, at last enable
MN to reduce the quality cost and strive for the market share, meantime MN can fight with
any competitors against the higher product’s quality.
