摘 要
随着我国市场经济的不断深入和完善，欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内部之间的竞争就显得尤为激
烈，企业组织对于员工的综合能力和个人素质也有着越来越高的要求，这使得组
织内部员工的工作强度随之增大，工作压力也随之增大。伴随着工作强度增加的
是员工心理和生理问题的增多。在这样的背景下，企业开始重视如何为员工减压，
学术界的学者也开始关注这一课题。

民航业作为日益大众化的交通运输业，近几年取得了长远的发展和进步，特
别是许多民营航空公司的进入使得民航领域的竞争也日益激烈，这就使得机场员
工承受着越来越大的工作压力。作为机场安检人员，他们的工作是与航空的安全
息息相关，他们在工作中不仅仅承受着数量和速度的考验，同时也承受着安全的
压力。随着民航业的快速发展，坐飞机的乘客数量越来越多，这使得他们的工作
压力和工作强度也不断增大。如果机场安检人员压力增大，不仅影响着他们的工
作效率，而且还影响着机场的服务水平，更是对航班的安全产生无法估计的负面
影响。

本文通过对大连周水子机场安检人员进行调查研究，得出安检人员的工作压
力的来源，分析出安检人员工作压力带来的对员工个人、家庭和工作的负面影响。

因此，有必要针对大连周水子机场安检人员的工作现状进行分析，特别是对其工
作压力的现状进行分析，通过数据分析和调查问卷的方式分析其工作压力的来源
和产生的原因，并从个人、群体和组织三个层次提出相应的对策和建议，实现有
效的减缓压力，提高工作效率。

ABSTRACT

psychological and physiological problems . In this context , companies began to focus

Aviation industry as an increasingly popular transportation in recent years has
made a long-term development and progress , especially so many private airlines to
enter the field of civil aviation and more competitive , which makes the airport staff to
bear an increasingly work pressure. As airport security personnel , they work closely
with the aviation safety , not only in the work they bear the number and speed of the
test, but also under a safe pressure . With the rapid development of the civil aviation
industry , the increasing number of passengers by air , which makes their work stress
and strong not short increases. If the pressure increases airport security personnel , not
only affects the efficiency of their work , affecting the level of service the airport , it is
the safety of the flight generate incalculable negative impact.
Based on the Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport border control officers conduct research ,
draw security personnel working pressure source , analyze the security staff
employees working pressure brought on by individuals and families , the negative
impact of the work . It is therefore necessary for the Dalian Zhoushuizi airport border
staff to analyze the situation , especially in its analysis of the current situation of the
working pressure , through data analysis and questionnaire was used to analyze the
sources of stress and their work causes and individual , three levels of groups and
