摘 要
随着我国科技的不断发展进步，数字化存在于社会上的每一个角落，越来越
多的企业使用数字科技，不但给企业带来了很大的便利，还改变着人们的生活，
所以，数字化是人类发展必然的产物。本文所研究的建设工程项目管理也是在数
字化管理平台上建立的，根据集成化管理模式的发展，研究得出数字化管理模式
并构建数字化管理平台，这对建设工程项目管理来说是一个质的飞跃。数字化管
理平台的发展给建设工程项目管理带来了很大的便利，它改变了人们传统的管理
模式，对于建设工程项目管理越来越重要。

本文先是通过研究建筑工程项目管理集成化相关理论知识，然后在集成化的
相关理论上研究数字化的发展，并构建企业数字化管理平台，并以四机赛瓦石油
钻采设备有限公司为例，来验证数字化管理平台的有效性，得出了一定的效果并
找出了存在的问题，然后根据存在的问题从三方面提出了数字化管理平台的改
善，制度和措施的保障、人员的保障和重视内外部环境的建立，从而给企业建立
数字化管理模式提供了指导意义，也给其他企业在以后的发展中建立数字化管理
模式有借鉴意义。同时，还能促使我国数字化管理的发展，给数字化发展提供了
一些理论基础。
