重要,伴随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,证券公司信息管理系统从最初的电

话报单系统到如今由几十个小系统组成的综合性证券公司信息管理系统经历了

二十多年的发展。随着科技的发展,新的技术不断涌现,也推动了证券欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司信息

管理系统的发展。如今到了 “云计算”时代,当前证券公司的信息管理系统是否

符合当前证券公司的业务发展的要求而事实上,当前整个欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司包括系统供应商

和证券公司内部技术人员几乎都陷于现有问题的处理和新需求的应对,无暇顾及

更长远的将来,没有计划来面对更加复杂的市场环境。

面对不同类别的投资者需求,重新思考证券公司信息管理系统的架构,如何

建立一个符合当前技术发展水平的证券公司信息管理系统是本文撰写的初衷。本

文从信息管理的概念入手,介绍了当前证券公司信息管理系统中现状,以及当前

证券信息系统存在的一些问题,提出了基于“云计算”模型的解决方案。通过本

文研究,初步建立基于“云计算”技术下的信息管理模型,以及相应的虚拟化数

据中心。项目完成后,使整个信息管理系统具有易于拓展、易于管理等特点。系

统资源的利用率得到极大的提高,能耗大大降低。同时,本文也指出了虚拟化下

的信息管理系统存在的缺陷,并进一步提出了使用云管理技术来解决上述问题的

想法。

云计算”在证券公司信息管理中的应用研究

Abstract

With development of securities industry, the information management system of

securities companies becomes more and more important for securities companies.

With the developm^it of computer and network technology, information management

system of securities companies has gone through over 20years' development from the

original telephone declaration system to the comprehensive information management

system with dozens of small systems. With the development of technology, new

technologies emerges,also promote the development of the securities industry

information management system.And now in to the cloud computing era,whether

the information management system for securities company are now according with

current securities company business development requirements In fact, the whole

industry including system suppliers and internal technical personnel of Securities

Company processing are almost involved in the problems of existing coping and new

requirements, to attend to more long-term future, no plans to face more complicated

market environment.

In the face of different categories of investor demand,rethink the information

managemmt system of a securities company structure, how to build a consistent with

current technology development level of the securities company information

management system is the original intention of writing this text. This article from the

concept of infoimation management, introduces the current information management

system of a securities company,some problems and liie current securities information

system, based on the ”cloud computing model solution. Through this research,

initially established based on the cloud computing technology information

management model, and the corresponding virtual data center. After the completion of

the project, the whole information management system will easy to expand easy

management. The utilization of system resources is greatly improved; the energy

consumption is greatly reduced. At the same time,this paper also points out the

defects of the information management system under virtualization, and further

proposes the use of cloud management technology to solve the above problems.
