首先,本文分析了充换电网络规划评价的影响因素。其次,本文分析了充换电设施
单站服务能力和充换电网络发展模式,然后根据需求预测制定不同网络发展模式的规划
方案。对充换电网络规划的多个技术评价因素进行研究,提出以充换电网络服务半径和
日换电服务能力作为主要技术评价指标。论文制定了充换电网络规划方案经济评价模型,
分析了网络的财务净现值、内部收益率和动态投资回收期等经济评价指标。最后,论文
通过主观赋权法对充换电网络规划进行综合技术经济评价,分析不同网络发展模式的规
划方案所带来的服务性能和经济效益,为寻求最优化规划方案提供方法
本文结合某城市充换电网络规划实例,进行了充换电网络规划,制定扁平化和立体
化规划方案,通过评价模型对两大方案进行计算和实例分析,得出评价结论,进而灵活
的调整规划方案,选择最优规划方案

Abstract
According to the development pattern of the world's energy supply and demand, electric
vehicles as an important part of the new energy industry, has been drawing concerns around
the world, which has become an inevitable choice for the future of the global automotive
industry as a symbol of transformation. To develop electric cars,electric vehicle charging
facilities for electric cars is the foundation. Establishment of a perfect electric vehicle in
electric facilities service network can widespread the application of electric vehicles.
This paper focuses on the technical and economic evaluation indicator of charging for
electricity network planning, and makes the comprehensive technical and economic evaluation
for the planning by subjective weighting method, so that Service providers can choose the best
solutions from multiple planning scenarios.
Firstly, the paper proposes the status and significance of the subject research, and
analyses the factors that influence the charging for electric network planning evaluation. Then
the paper presents the forecasting method of the future number of electric cars and the
algorithm of electricity demand for electric vehicles, analyses service capabilities of single
station and electricity network development mode, and makes planning schemes of different
network development models by demand forecasting. The paper studies technical evaluation
factors for electricity network planning making charging for electric network service radius
and electric service capabilities as a major technical evaluation. The charging for electricity
network planning economic evaluation model is developed. Finally, the thesis makes the
comprehensive technical and economic evaluation for network planning and provides an
optimal planning method by coordinating the techniques and economic objectives.
In this paper,flat and three-dimensional planning are formulated as a instance in a city,
and then the evaluation findings can be made through evaluation model for calculation of the
two programs and examples analysis. The service provider can select the optimal planning by
adjusting the planning parameters neatly.
