摘 要
我国自从 1984 年建立第一家高尔夫俱乐部开始,短短三十年的时间,高尔
夫俱乐部已经发展到 500 家左右,并且带动了高尔夫制造业、高尔夫旅游业、
高尔夫会展业、高尔夫房地产业等的发展。但是和高尔夫产业发展成熟的国家,
如美国、韩国相比,我国差距还很大。2020 年高尔夫运动即将成为奥运会正式
比赛项目,这对我国发展高尔夫俱乐部来讲是个有利条件,同时,随着政府对
高尔夫运动的各方面政策的健全和完善,高尔夫产业也是越来越受到市场和政
府的重视。

高尔夫俱乐部要得到更长远的发展,就必须找出高尔夫俱乐部的核心竞争
力,提升竞争优势,这样就可以更好地发展高尔夫俱乐部,改变国人对高尔夫
运动的错误看法,让公众更多贴近、体验高尔夫。

本文通过运用波特“钻石模型”,从生产要素、社会需求、相关支持性产业、
战略结构和同业竞争、机会和政府等六个方面对高尔夫俱乐部的竞争力状况进
行深入、科学地分析,从中找出高尔夫俱乐部的核心竞争力构成因素是:运营
模式、资源整合、市场营销、服务和赛事组织,其中运营模式起决定性作用。

为了验证本文观点的客观性,笔者通过问卷调查的形式对高尔夫俱乐部的
核心竞争力进行了实证分析,最终数据经过 SPSS20.0 的分析,结果充分证明了
本研究的观点。同时,在调查中发现,高尔夫俱乐部核心竞争力普遍不足,并
存在诸多问题,但也在逐步改善,本研究也针对问题提出了对策,以提升高尔
夫俱乐部的核心竞争力。

Abstract
Through nearly 30 years of efforts, golf club has about 500 since the first
chinese golf club was established in 1984. Led to the development of golf
manufacturing, golf tourism, golf tourism exhibition industry, golf real estate industry
etc. We have a great gap compared to golf industry developed country, as American,
South Korea. Golf is to join into the 2020 Olympic Games. This is an advantage of
the development of our country golf club. Along with the improving and perfecting of
the policy on all aspects, golf industry is becoming more and more attention by the
market and the government.
To get more long-term development, We must find out the core competitiveness
of the golf club, competitive advantage, change the wrong views of golf, more and
more golf experience close to public.
Using Potter's Diamond Model, the author analyzed further and specific to the
competitiveness from the six aspects of the factors of production, social demand,
related supporting industries, strategy and competition, opportunity and government
etc. The core competitiveness is composed of factors, operation mode, resource
integration, marketing, service and organization, the disicive factor is operation mode.
Finally this paper makes empirical analysis using data from the survey
questionnaire on the core competitiveness of the golf club to verify the view. The
final data through SPSS20.0 analysis. The results fully proved the point of view. The
author discovered the core competitiveness of Chinese golf club general deficiency in
investigation. Many problems are gradually improved, this research put forward the
countermeasure to enhance the core competitiveness of the golf club.
